Impressive Detached Villa Kazi stands in its own private mature gardens, with the backdrop of the Majestic Taurus Mountains

The villa has lots of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the Turkish sunshine. If the afternoon sun gets too hot lay in the outside hammock and take that well deserved afternoon nap. The villa boasts a fabulous L shaped swimming pool with ample sunbeds.

Entering the villa you will be greeted by feature mosaic floor centre piece that leads to well equipped kitchen with marble worktops the living area as large flat screen TV and beautiful fireplace, also there is a dining area that seats six people. The décor is fresh and modern making the property feel light and airy.

The ground floor also features a double bedroom with free standing wardrobes.

The marble staircase with wrought iron work leads up to a cosy snug area where you can get away from it all and get lost in your favorite book or access the villa's WIFI network to stay in touch with the outside world.

Leading up to the second floor you will be greeted by the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom of breath taking views of Kalkan Bay and the beautiful sea.

The large en suite bathroom comprises of large Jacuzzi bath and separate rainfall shower. Also this floor has a 3rd twin bedroom ideal for children.

All pool cleaning and maintenance done every 2 days and once a week for bed linen and towels replaced.

Villa Kazi appeals to groups of friends or families wanting that special holiday home from home in Kalkan.

The villa has also a private chef attached to it that you can hire, please ask on booking for costings.

Wasserproblem....

Lage und Gebäude war wie in der Anzeige. Drei Punkte waren leider nicht in Ordnung: 1. Es wahr noch Sand in den Liegen und Haare zwischen den Handtüchern. Das wurde der Agentur gemeldet, aber keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Aussage war das Reinigungsteam hat 3 Stunden sauber gemacht.... 2. Es gab Abends kein Warmwasser, so das der Whirlpool am ersten Tag nicht genutzt werden konnte. Da alles mit Sonnenenergie läuft, kann hier der Whirlpool nicht genutzt werden, bzw. Nur 1-2 Leute können maximal Duschen. Das sollte in der Anzeige stehen. 3. Kein Wasser mehr, Am dritten Tag hatten wir nach dem Besuch am Meer kein Wasser mehr zum Abduschen. Hier wird das Wasser wohl in Tanks gefüllt, erst am nächsten Tag, kam jemand um das Wasser zu füllen. Auch das stand nicht in der Anzeige und wurde auch durch die Agentur nicht mitgeteilt, wir dachten das es ist nur ein Wasserausfall durch die Stadt. Keine Entschuldigung und sehr frecher Mitarbeiter der Agentur. Sonst war alles ok.

Why they chose this property

It is picturesque overlooking the bay of the lovely Kalkan, by day and by night this place is a magical entrapment. The views are five star and the people within the locality are second to none, very hospitable and welcoming. It was an easy decision.

What makes this property unique

Views from the balcony, swimming pool, the secluded environment for peace and tranquility. The location just enough to be away from the hustle and bustle but within reach of local town for night life too.
