The house is located in the small place Junac in Istria, Adriatic coast, surrounded by nature that guarantees peace and quiet. There is a beautiful view of the Kvarner bay and the islands of Cres, Lošinj and even a Velebit Mountain. Away from the city noise and stress you can relax and enjoy in fresh air and untouched nature.
Studio apartment Felly is on the first floor registered for 4 person and categorized three stars. The studio apartment consists of bedroom and living room, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and dining room. The studio apartment has a large terrace with a sitting set and a large umbrella. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay. Apartment is equipped with new furniture. Some of furniture is from Swiss designer furniture company Vitra.
We are 5 km away from the medieval town of Labin. In July and a good part of August Labin turns into a veritable small republic of arts. Its Little Theatre, the church, the old square, streets and stairways take on the role of a stage. Nearby our studio apartment is climbing trail that leads up to the village Skitača located on the 425 m high hilltop. The nearest beach is on a 5 minute drive in the place called Sveta Marina. Surrounded by picturesque beaches and interesting diving attractions, this campsite is ideal for diving enthusiasts, active families and everyone looking for complete relaxation.

We are Vanja and Petar, husband and wife and we are little family with a 10 year old son. We both studied geography and history so we like to travel, meet new people and different cultures. Our oasis in Istria is our relaxing and quite place where we like to come for holidays but the place we live is Zagreb. In our free time we like to listen to music - jazz, blues, gipsy jazz, classical, rock and we also enjoy in food and like to explore all kinds of different food. Hope to meet you!
