LAST MINUTE!!! Luxury Villa Dream, 32sqm private pool and 4 bedroom, near Split

This luxury villa with private pool is located in a quieter location in the region around Split. This particular property with many details is the ideal choice for a pleasant holiday. On the fenced property is also an outdoor grill and while you prepare delicious meals the children and pet can play carefree in the garden.
Villa consists of two floors: on the ground floor there is a kitchen, a dining and a living room with exit directly to the pool area where you can find true refreshment in the swimming pool. On the first floor we have 4 bedrooms with king beds and air conditioning , 3 bathrooms and one toilette.
The house and outside area with all amenities are available only for house guests.
Visit Split, the capital and pearl of Dalmatia with its Diocletian's palace and the town of Omiš, located at the mouth of the Cetina River with a breathtaking canyon and pirate history. Not far away is also the starry village Mosor, for an unforgettable view in the night sky or during the day with wonderful panoramic views of Split, Trogir, Omiš and the Dalmatian islands. Beautiful pebble and sandy beaches with many recreational opportunities are located in Strožanac and Stobreč.
We take great care of our property but we expect guests to tell us if anything is not working properly and we will PROMPTLY respond & repair.
Villa is located a bit uphill so car is recommended.
We are not in the center of town.
If you need some other kind of arrangements (trip, outdoor activity, etc.) let me know and I'll do my best to help you.
Villa is located in quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
The villa is located in an excellent quite place just 15km away from town Split and 10km away from town Omis. Beautiful sandy and pebble beaches are only 10 minutes away. Numerous interesting, historical and natural amenities and activities for you to see and experience, such as: Diocletian's Split tour or pirate's nights in town Omis, traditional meal in Radman's mills restaurant, rafting, canyoning, zip- line on Cetina river, boat trip to island Brac or Hvar and many many more..Sky observatory center on the mountain Mosor is 6km away from house. Nearest shop is 1 km away, bus station 2 km, airport Split is 32km away and highway exit Dugopolje is 30km away from the villa.

Very nice house and host

We have had a very nice vacation in the house. At arrival the host had filled the refrigerator with some food and drinks as welcome. All rooms are very nice and modern build. The pool water was a bit cold. But overall everything was great.

Licht und Schatten

Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt gut und der Vermieter Miro war bemüht. Das Haus war für 6 Erwachsene ein Kleinkind und zwei Hunde ausreichend groß. Wobei man dazu sagen muss dass wir oft und viel draußen waren. Es war soweit sauber, auch wenn es kleinere optische Mängel gab. Was leider völlig unverständlich ist , ist der Umgang mit uns in einer Notsituation. Es gab einenVegetationsbrand ca. 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Die Feierwehr hat uns geraten das Haus zu verlassen und auch die einheimischen waren alle sehr nervös. (Es wurden sogar Bäume am Haus gefällt aus Angstvor den Flammen) Wir konnten also gerade die Außenanlagen und Pool nicht mehr nutzen, bedingt durch den Rauch und die Asche in der Luft. Für uns und ich denke nicht ganz unverständlich ist das Angebit nicht vollumfänglich nutzbar gewesen, woraufhin wir auch das Haus verlassen haben. Glücklicherweise muss man sagen, weil bereits eine der zwei Zufahrtsstraßen gesperrt war. Schade finden wir das wir überhaupt kein Entgegenkommen des Vermieters zu dieser Extremensituaion bekommen haben und auch das Portal uns seit Wochen keine Rückmeldung gibt.

Wonderful place

Nice villa close to Split, excellently located for discovery of Split and nearby towns. The Villa is very nice and modern finished. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the pool and the 'playground' behind the villa. Neighbourhood is very safe.

The Dalmatian coast is full of reminders of ancient times and no wonder it’s so appealing to filmmakers, for example, Game of Thrones was filmed in Diocletian Palace in Split (20 min drive), Klis fortress close to Split (20 min drive, Meereen town), and Dubrovnik (3,5 hour drive).
