We are situated in a quiet area and we offer a comfortable place to stay in all apartments, suitable to stay for couples, families and groups and all those who want to enjoy in clear sea, sunshine and domestic food and drinks.
Dubrovnik is very easy reachable by boat or public transport (bus no.10, bus station is 200 m away) and Dubrovnik airport is 6 km away (airport shuttle service is possible).

very spacious with everything you need for a good stay. Very friendly and kind owners.

The owners made us very welcome. We were met at the airport and there was homemade cake and a drink waiting for us. We were given a map and had everything explained to us. The apartment we stayed in was number 3. Very spacious with everything you could possibly need for self catering if you wanted to do that. Comfortable and very clean.

Logement très bien situé

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires de la location qui ont eu des petites attentions tout au long de notre séjour. Gâteau, pâte de fruits faîte maison. Etc.. Le logement est grand et peut accueillir 5 personnes, il est à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville, petit bémol pour les non sportifs la côte pour remonter à la location il faut 15 minutes. Vous pouvez vous passer de la voiture et pouvez bouger en bus et bateaux notamment pour visiter Dubrovnik ou l'accès en voiture est impossible et coûteux. Je recommande vivement ce logement ou nous avons passé un bon séjour. Cavtat est une très jolie ville.

Trevlig lägenhet uppe på en höjd, ca 10 minuters promenad ner till stan. Rummen var stora. Köket helt okej, fanns den mest nödvändiga utrustning för att laga mat.

We had a wonderful stay in the 5-adult apartment. Anka, Luka and Stijepo are fantastic hosts and were exceptionally kind and helpful to us during a family emergency. We can't thank them enough for making this difficult time for us so much easier. The apartment itself is bright, light and very comfortable with wonderful air con which makes all the difference and close to the town and all the amenities. Cavtat is a lovely place to stay with lots of good restaurants to try out and the town is a lively, buzzing place without being over-touristy or noisy. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to this wonderful part of Croatia and we will definitely be returning to stay with Anka, Luka and Stijepo. Villa Anka revisited

Villa Anka proved to be the best place to stay for our holiday in Cavtat. Anka and her family were incredible hosts who went out of their way to not only make us welcome, but also provided fantastic support during an emergency. Two large bedrooms and good kitchen and bathroom facilities provided a peaceful retreat after the days exertions. A pretty location, close to the restaurants and shops stocking a good selection of provisions.

Great value spacious apartment!

We were met as arranged by the owner's son at the airport and taken on the short ten minuted drive to the villa. Located on a quiet residential street just set back from the main centre.The apartment we stayed in was the larger one which slept 5. This meant two bedrooms and two balconies and as it was on the higher level had better views out over to the mountains,sea and centre.The kitchen was large and functional and the bathroom was airy with a washing machine for use if required. The owners were polite, friendly and helpful with any enquiries. We found the apartment ideal for our family of four and would return in an instant.

Wonderful Villa Anka: clean, quiet, great balcony

My husband and I spent 17 days at Villa Anka. We are so glad to have found this very clean comfortable apartment with airconditioning and a lovely balcony. We especially liked the location: in a neighborhood rather than down in the hustle and bustle of the town center. This afforded us an opportunity to get a feel for the Croatian culture and the Urlovic family certainly made us feel at home at Villa Anka. We came to enjoy the walk down the hill to city center where we would spend the day walking the easy footpaths around the town, swimming at one of our favorite beaches or having a coffee at Paradiso or a meal at Ivan's, one of the many restaurants along the seaside. Some nights we simply enjoyed the evening sitting on our balcony sharing a bottle of the Urlovic's homemade wine (for sale)accompanied by fresh figs, grapes or dried quince, which Anka and Luka would graciously provide us throughout our stay. Meeting the Urlovic family was an added high point to our stay at Villa Anka. They speak good english, are friendly, helpful and picked us up at the airport!! We look forward to our return visit.
