We are situated in a quiet area and we offer a comfortable place to stay in all apartments, suitable to stay for couples, families and groups and all those who want to enjoy in clear sea, sunshine and domestic food and drinks.
Dubrovnik is very easy reachable by boat or public transport (bus no.10, bus station is 200 m away) and Dubrovnik airport is 6 km away (airport shuttle service is possible).

Lovely apartment in a great location.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location was brilliant, just a short walk down to the restaurants and shops in the centre of Cavtat. The family who own the apartments live on site and are very helpful and friendly; we received a warm welcome. They also transferred us by car between the airport and the apartment which was very useful. We had a fantastic stay. This is such a beautiful country and we hope to return.

Lovely place to stay

What a great place to stay. Anka is the perfect host,takes your waste and rubbish out every day even brought our washing in one day it rained. Welcoming drink and cake.every thing in the apartment you need a nice balcony where you can sit and watch the sun go down with a glass of something Cavtat is really nice with lovely walks beside the sea under the shade of magnificent pine trees. Villa Anka

The property was spotlessly clean , lovely little balcony with beautiful views. The one criticism we would have is the Villa is on a very steep climb & we found it a real challenge ! However it didn’t spoil our holiday but I would say for people 70+ look for 1 nearer the harbour .

We enjoyed our stay at villaAnka.Anka and her husband were super hosts the homemade cake was lovely.It was handy for Cavtat with its fantastic harbour and bars and places to eat.Also handy for the supermarket.A bit of a steep walk home after eating out in the evening but it gets easier as the week drew on.Would recomend this place and will come again next time we visit Cavtat.

Lovely

Ideal single bed-roomed apartment. Anka, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was 10 minutes from Cavtat centre, albeit up a quite steep hill, but away from the hustle and bustle of the town itself. Would happily stay there again.

Un séjour très agréable

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement : très propre, fonctionnel, au calme et bien situé. Merci aussi pour l'accueil simple et chaleureux et la promptitude à rendre service de la propriétaire. Il faut moins de 10 minutes pour descendre à pieds au centre du village, très agréable, et au port/plages. Nous recommandons.

Traditional charming apartment

This apartment was in an ideal place for the marina and catching the boat to Dubrovnik. The family are very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area, directions to the villa very accurate making finding it easy from the airport. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped with all you would need. A really lovely place to stay with a traditional feel about it, would definitely recommend staying here. The apple sponge and elderflower lemonade were a delicious welcome when we arrived.

Charming place with really friendly owners

The owners were so accommodating as we had booked very last minute due to not liking an apartment we'd booked in Kotor. The owners greeted us with a glass of delicious homemade wine and a really friendly welcome! The apartment is really spacious and well equipped, ideal location away from the centre but not too far to walk from Cavtat centre. These apartments are ideal and would thoroughly recommend!

Great value place to stay

We stayed for a week at Villa Anka. Very friendly hosts, nice room with comfortable bed. Kitchen with kettle and fridge. Open views from balcony through trees to see and to hills/mountains of Bosnia. We had a great time here and are coming back again in the autumn.

I spent just one night here at the end of a trip to Croatia and Montenegro. If I had been here earlier in the trip I would definitely have wanted to extend my stay. The location was excellent, walking distance from the bus station, up hill, but easily manageable. A family run place with friendly and helpful communication by email to help me plan my journey and find the place. When I raised a concern prior to arrival this was swiftly dealt with and nothing was too much trouble. Welcomed on arrival with a cool drink and beautiful home made baking. The apartment was well equipped for a longer stay, with good kitchen and dining facilities. The elevated position above the town gave lovely views over the bay. The town had a good number of places to eat and drink even in low season, and showed promise of more about to open when the season got underway. It offered a lovely break from the hassle and bustle of Dubrovnik but the chance to reach it by public bus very easily if you wanted. When I return to Croatia in the future I would chose this place for my main base. Cavtat is on route from the airport to Dubrovnik so good for airport transfer. This service was provided by the owners at a competitive rate.
