Estrella del Mar A2 condo is a spacious ground floor condo that faces the pool. The internet and cabel are included, and has been upgraded. The master bedroom not only a pool view, but also a contemporary on suite and alot of closet space. The master bedroom has 1 king size bed.
The second bedroom also has an attached bathroom and closet area. This room has 1 queen size bed and a tv that can be used with the dvd player, or any streaming device such as chromcast or roku stick. The sunny living room offers not only comfort and sunshine, but also entertainment. There is a smart tv and dvd player (with a few select dvds), cable and wi-fi. The living room has a pull out full size sofa bed and chair. The living room is attached to the kitchen area. This is an updated kitchen that is well equipped. Appliances include: stove, oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, and all utensils needed.
The front patio is pool facing and has outdoor furniture for relaxing. The condo has its own laundry room with a washer and dryer. All linens, including beach/ pool towels are all included. There is also a few pool toys. There is outside grilling areas and showers available for your use. The parking lot is secure and has one parking spot available and designated to this condo for your car if needed. There is also 24 hour security. This condo is located in the Punta Cana area, in Bavaro, and is about 25 minutes from the Punta Cana (PUJ) airport. It is located about 10 minutes from the hard rock hotel and other hotels in 'the hotel district'. There are many fine dining options within a few minutes walk. There is not only dining, but also shopping, casinos, and tours. The beach is a short 10-15 minute walk away. There is many beach bars and gift shops to enjoy. Please contact with any questions.
Extra Note: as with many properties in the Dominican Republic, Electricity is a separate charge. Our property Manger will explain how to view it and keep track of your usage when checking in.

Great location, and very comfortable amenities for our family of 5. We were in walking distance with a stroller to food, beach, stores etc. Our family loved the pool and all of the pool toys provided by our host. Local property manager was very kind and helpful in setting up taxis for us to and from the area. We would love to stay here again with our family. Thank you!

This condo complex is extremely well kept. Everyone was friendly and helpful. 24 hour security but walking around the area I never, for a moment, felt un-safe which is nice for an older single woman. This particular condo was very clean and had all one would need for a short or long stay.

We wanted to share our experience at Estrella Del Mar and let you know that we enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, the beds comfortable and well equipped. We felt very safe.We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it without hesitation.

Property was as described..there were issues with the gas stove and the air conditioning which were not resolved and the owner admonished us for not letting the repair people spend as much time as they wanted to complete repairs which were never completed and we spent 1 and a half days of our month long stay hanging out while the repair people tried to fix the issues..we felt the property manager should have been on site while the repairs were attempted instead of us wasting our time...the unit was ok but dark and lighting was terrible ...shaving/cooking/doing dishes in the dark...reminded us of camping in the woods...also found the sewage system was poor,garb....age and the smell on the streets was sad but it is a developing country where tourists take advantage of the local inhabitants to have a cheap vacation or own a winter home...it was ok but will try somewhere else in the future

Well kept, short walk to the beach

Family of 4 enjoyed this unit especially because of the pool being right outside the porch window. The beach is a very close walk - about 5 minutes. We LOVED the Mexican restaurant right on the corner - don’t miss it! The unit is not large, but comfortable for a few days getaway for a family of 4 (we have teenagers). TV with english and Spanish cable was appreciated. What keeps me from giving a 5 star rating is the equipped kitchen. There seems to be a random assortment of dishes and silverware present -nothing really in matching sets. A couple of good knives would be a great addition as well. We did have a problem with the A/C and the property managers were very responsive. With it being Christmas Eve and Day it was not resolved during our stay, but we didn’t expect it to be. This is not the fault of the property - it’s reality of the DR during holiday days. I missed reading in the listing that electricity was to be paid separate, so this should be taken into account. DR electricity rates are very high in general and an inclusive rate would have been appreciated. The owner, Korey, was very attentive via email, and the property manager, Kenya, was easily reached for check in, check out and our random questions. We enjoyed our stay in Bávaro - thank you, Korey, for sharing your home with us.
