First row holiday house situated directly by the lake with a panoramic view. The house is situated in the Water and Landscape park in Otterndorf. The Danish architectural style, with large panoramic windows, gives the house a characteristic atmosphere. The living room has an open connection to the kitchen, and you can relax in front of the wood stove or the television with DVD player and satellite dish. Enjoy the rejuvenating spa bath that fits two people, or "sweat if off" in the sauna that fits five. There is a large, partly covered terrace outside, where there is a wonderful view of the sea. Lean back in the porch swing and enjoy the view of the area and the fresh air. There is a sand box and some toys available. A canoe and 2 life jackets are at your disposal (at your own risk). The lakes in the park are suitable for sailing and swimming. The F-price is also for new years bookings.

Positives: / Die tolle Aussicht, / Das Haus lag sehr zentral, man konnte schnell zum Bäcker/Kiosk, an den Strand, einigen Restaurants in der Umgebung, Kanu/Tretbootverleih, sowie Fahrradverleih und Minigolfanlage, Auch die Innenstadt mit den Einkaufszentren waren 5-10 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen, / Die Küche war sehr gut nutzbar, / In den Zimmern sind genügend Schränke für Kleidung vorhanden, / Alle Alltagsutensilien waren größenteils vorhanden, / Es wurde sich regelmäßig um die Außenanlage des Hauses gekümmert, / Es wurde schnell eine zuvor kaputte Liege nach Reklamation ersetzt, / Es wurde sich um die Mülltonnen gekümmert, / / Negatives: / Das Möbiliar war zum Teil abgenutzt, viele Gebrauchsspuren sichtbar, Das Badezimmer war 0-8-15 und in keinsterweise Luxuriös, Waschmaschine/Trockner ist ein Gerät, Trockner dauert für einmal Wäsche 4h15min, Die Solarbank hing über einen Bett, was unpraktisch war und platz wegnahm, Schutzbrille war nicht vorhanden, Die Liegestühle für Draußen waren unbrauchbar, da sie sehr billig waren und mit Vorsicht zu benutzen sind, Es gab bei der Terasse ein Schwalbennest, wobei die Schwalben die ganze Terasse und Möbel draußen verunreinigt haben, Es war leider kein Bootssteg vorhanden und der Zugang zum See war somit erschwert, Die Überdachung der Terasse ist bei anderen Häusern besser gelöst, wenn schlechtes Wetter war (Regen), / Das zählen und kontrollieren des Inventars des Hauses war nervig,
