Luxury Panoramic View - By Traum Ferienwohnungen

Holiday cottage with panoramic views of Stege Havn (port). The house was built in luxurious materials and is very bright. In order to enjoy the view the best there are no curtains or blinds in the living room. All beds are 140 cm wide. There is an outdoor whirlpool on the terrace from which you have an amazing view of the port. The modern facilities and 3 bedrooms mean the house is suited for more families sharing or the large family. There is a grill for cosy barbecues. During July and August there is a local town market every Tuesday just around the corner.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Dreckig, abgewohnt und Spinnenverseucht

Bei der Ankunft verbrachten wir 2 Stunden mit putzen um das Haus in einen annehmbaren Zustand zu bekommen. Die Möbel sind abgewohnt, das Sofa so ekelerregend fleckig das wir es nicht benutzen. Insgesamt waren über 20 Spinnen im Kaliber 3 bis 4 cm Durchmesser im Haus was in unseren Augen ein No Go bei einem vermieteten Objekt darstellt. Die Fenster waren durch Vogelkot und Spinnweben verdreckt. Auch hat sich das Haus durch die großen Fenster total aufgewärmt und man hatte keine Möglichkeit die Fenster durch Rollos oder Vorhänge zu verdunkeln oder sich von den Spaziergänger abzuschotten die vor, nenen und hinter dem Haus vorbeiliefen. Die Schlafräume hatten lediglich einen durchsichtigen Vorhang das nachts die Autoscheinwerfer auf der anderen Hafenseite das Zimmer beleuchteten und man mit den ersten Sonnenstrahlen wach wurde. Insgesamt können wir das Objekt in diesem Zustand keinen empfehlen.

Der Panoramablick auf Stege Havn aus dem Wohnzimmer war atemberaubend", und wir liebten es, beim Frühstück alles zu genießen, Der offene Grundriss ließ den Raum noch größer und heller erscheinen, Der Außenwhirlpool war eine fantastische Ergänzung, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag der Erkundung des nahegelegenen Stadtmarktes, Das Haus war gut ausgestattet
