Of course there is underfloor heating in the bathrooms and the rest of the house which is also heated by geothermal energy. The pool is 18 m² and has a slide for the children to enjoy. There is also a swim coach. You can relax in the whirlpool and sauna located in the pool room which has high-vaulted ceiling. The crackling fire from the wood-burning stove can be enjoyed indoors. The kitchen is well equipped. There are 4 TVs in different departments as well as PlayStation2 and Nintendo Wii and DVD player. There are also billiards, electronic darts and table tennis. There is room for ball games and other games on the plot. There are 164 m² terrace of which 51 m² are covered for barbecues and relaxation, so you can arrange a barbecue. Payment for consumption, and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.
