Comfortable and brightly decorated holiday home in Scandinavian style located in the popular Ostsee Strandpark Grömitz near the lovely Baltic Sea sandy beach in the holiday area Lensterstrand. The house has a well-equipped kitchen that is in open connection with the living room and thus ensures comfort and optimal use of space. Both bedrooms, which were renovated in 2018/2019, have direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2021 and now has a spacious shower. The two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen windows as well as the small window in the living room have been fitted with shutters. The wooden terrace with comfortable garden furniture including pillows, a large parasol and two sun loungers invites you to relax in the sunshine and enjoy a nice barbecue evening. On colder days, you can relax in front of the cinema fireplace with a good book or game or watch a BlueRay DVD on smart TV. The house is a good starting point for a versatile family holiday with e.g. cycling, horse riding, swimming at the beach or in the water park, golf games and shopping and promenade in Grömitz with the cozy streets and the impressive beach promenade not to mention the beautiful marina with the winding harbor quay.
