Description: Immerse yourself in deep Provence with this modern, bright and spacious Provencal villa built in respect of regional architecture and the preservation of natural resources, located at the foot of South Luberon in a quiet environment, offering all the amenities for a maximum of 6 guests at the exit of Cadenet 84160 France,
The Villa is new and modern.
Outside :
With a private access road, an automated gate overlooking a parking with closed garage all privately. It is composed at the entrance of a patio with BBQ mobile gas. Coté Lubéron and Ste Victoire it offers a panoramic view of a large terrace, on the one hand of 10 m2 covered and on the other hand of 12 m2 with a folding blind, overlooking a green garden surrounded by a mixed hedge composed of endemic plants useful for garden birds equipped with quality garden furniture, housing a swimming pool see photos for dimensions, exposed to the sun 12 hours a day with night illumination, a bowling alley. Terraces and gardens have been designed to offer you an exceptional panoramic view of Lubéron and Sainte Victoire. The Mas houses an orchard, lavender (300 feet, bloom June to mid-August) and olive trees terraces, access is free for residents of the villa.
The interior equipped:
A typical regional living room, bright, thanks to its bay window sliding panel incorporating a motorized rolling blind overlooking the terrace overlooking the garden and the pool fully equipped with a set of leather (sofa + chairs), with air conditioning reversible (heat pump and air conditioning all in one), with broadband internet and Wifi TV SAT + TNT with a choice of 150 national and international channels.
The modern, fully fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an appliance park with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, gas and electric hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and microwave. Microwave, toaster, kettle for a crisp hot breakfast illuminated by French doors equipped with an automatic rolling blind overlooking the patio.
Three spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, including: two with double bed (140 x 200) + direct access to the terrace via double doors with panoramic views and the third with two small beds (90 x 200) with a large window with views of lavender and olive trees as parking. The three offer Satellite TV with 150 international channels and French TNT, high speed WIFI access, built-in wardrobe and bedside table.
A new and modern bathroom (towel heater, large worktop, mirror, large storage and bath towel available, Shower (tropical rain effect, tiled in imitation coppered marble veined with golden reflection) all in XL format lit by LED spots.
The laundry room: With hot water tank, washing machine + ironing board + iron + cleaning utilities.
A utility room for storage contains the washing machine and all that is attached to it (clothes drying rack, ironing board, iron) and the necessary tools for cleaning the house. No tumble dry because not necessary in this region.
The toilet with a built-in shower.
On request: Music on Bluetooth speaker; XBOX video games and consoles with kinetic system, bicycles, petanque balls and darts

You can go to the center of the village on foot, by bicycle (the villa is provided), benefited from the weekly Provençal market on Mondays as well as all the weekly activities (exhibitions, fairs, votive festivals, Latin etc.) and permanent activities (museums , cinema, castle, ball court, church etc). Tourist leaflets are available in the lounge of the villa.

Luxe vakantiehuis met een prachtige tuin en zwembad in een adembenemende omgeving
We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad. Het is een prachtige woning met een mooie en onderhoudende tuin en een heerlijk zwembad om af te koelen. Het huisje is voorzien van airconditioning, zowel in de woonkamer als in alle slaapkamers en heeft ook overal horren. Daarnaast zijn alle slaapkamers voorzien van tv's wat een luxe is. Het huisje bevindt zich aan de rand van het dorp, heuvel op. Het is een prachtige omgeving met mooie lavendelvelden en wijn- en olijfgaarden. Ideaal om lekker te fietsen (fietsen zijn ook aanwezig bij het verblijf). Voorzieningen zijn ook in de buurt. Sabine (contactpersoon ter plekke) en de tuinman Mo zijn erg vriendelijke personen!

Propriété au calme, agréable et bien agencée.
Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et réactifs,la propriété est très propre et bien agencée, la piscine présente une filtration de qualité, mais elle est petite (suivant détail de l'annonce). La climatisation de la maison est homogène et silensieuse. Le parking peut accueillir 2 voitures avec un garage. Les espaces verts sont bien entretenus et le terrain de pétanque est adapté et apprécié. Il est à noter que la vaisselle est limitée et que la table de la terrase est petite.

Très bon séjour passé dans cette villa
Superbe villa très fonctionnelle et conforme à la description faite. La vue relativement dégagée est tres agréable. Tout le confort est présent et le propriétaire est particulièrement à l'écoute et met tout en oeuvre pour régler d'éventuels problèmes le plus rapidement possible. Un seul bémol concerne le mobilier extérieur qui permet difficilement d'accueillir 6 personnes mais pour 4, c'est parfait. Location à prendre sans hésitation pour une famille de 4 à 5 personnes. La localisation est également parfaite pour visiter le Luberon.
