Penthouse on the top floor of a small building located at the foot of the Colli Bolognesi. The apartment is unique in its kind in that thanks to its large windows it blends inside and outside in a single space.
Located on the fourth floor without a lift but accessible by comfortable stairs. It consists of a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a large bedroom with walk-in closet and a 90 sq m terrace.
The whole apartment is very bright as it is surrounded by large windows.
The floors are all in Teak and most of the furniture is made to measure.
