It is a completely renovated(July 2018) ground floor house with huge garden area and parking just in front of the sea.
The location is only 12 km from the beautiful city of Volos(Marathos Volos, Magnesia)
The house is literally on the seashore as it is enough to open the garden door and click on the sandy beach.
The half-acre garden is an ideal place for plenty of play for little friends as well as the toys in it.
Enjoy your breakfast / lunch / dinner and your drink overlooking the sea and the sounds of the birds and the waves of the sea.
