80 m2 apartment with very good location, 300 metres from place Gambetta, place Tourny and the Jardin Public, so you can enjoy the 'Golden Triangle' with a few minutes' walk. Completely renovated, very bright, in a quiet street, and with every comfort.
If you are by car you benefit from my resident subscription to park for free in my neighborhood. The tram D to the train station is a 5-minute walk away. The tram A to the airport is a 10-minute walk away. Autonomous arrival possible at any time.

Great location easy to walk into the city. Good parking. Light, airy and quirky. The shutters are good to blackout the bedrooms and living room if using the sofa bed. Would come back again.

Nice appartement close to many sights. The host was very responsive and proactive. Parking is on the street and it was a bit challenging finding a spot on a Sunday night, but at other times it was much easier.

This gem of an apartment offered all the conveniences and space one could ask for in Bordeaux. It’s convenient to shops, restaurants and landmarks. Bertrand was an ideal host.

Great Location, Comfortable Home

Bertrand's apartment was a very nice home base for us: walking distance to most of the landmarks we'd hoped to see, a great neighborhood for shopping and dining, especially on Rue Fondaudège, Cafe Eriu a great place for breakfast or lunch. Bertrand was easy to work with.

A great time in Bordeaux

A nice comfortable apartment close to all the Bordeaux attractions. The apartment was spacious and we enjoyed relaxing there after a day of sightseeing.

Great base to explore Bordeaux

Comfortable apartment in a great area of Bordeaux. You are within minutes of the hustle and bustle, but in a quiet area of the city. We loved how close it was from the park (Jardin Public). Host was very attentive and responsive.

Great place to stay, very responsive host.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment a lot. Very good communication with Bertrand, flexible on our departure time, easy to park in the neighbourhood, close to the city center. Though no airconditioning the Dyson coolers worked very well. The Cathedrals Saint André and Saint Michel were wonderful places to visit. This apartmaent is a great place to be and explore Bordeaux!

Wonderful Spot in Bordeaux

This was a great place to stay for our three nights in Bordeaux. Good location, clean, and well-stocked. We were able to have some meals in the apartment, do laundry, and just relax there after a day of walking the city. Bertrand was very receptive and helpful. Really liked opening the big windows and getting a breeze coming through. Some noise from the street at night with windows open, but was manageable. Overall, a very positive experience and we loved Bordeaux!

Two Weeks in Bordeaux

Location of property is great. Most places are a good walking distance, if you like to walk. We could see the Bastille Day fireworks from the living area window! Bertrand was a great host with good communication and excellent recommendations for things to do, places to eat and things to see. The property is 2 doors down from a nice hotel so getting an Uber or taxi was very easy. Our only regret was there was only 1 bathroom but this is not the host’s issue - just a matter of personal preference for us.

Fondaudege district

The owner Bertrand was very organised and very responsive to our needs. The apartment is well located, close to the tram that goes directly to the main station, is in a quiet neighbourhood and is flooded with morning light. There is a good supermarket and boulangerie nearby. There are not a lot of restaurants in the immediate vicinity but we were not unduly troubled by this.

Comfortable and Great Location

The apartment is well-equipped, and we found it easy to make ourselves at home. The owner is very responsive to questions and happy to provide advice for your stay. Tram and bus links are just a few blocks away; Bordeaux is very walkable, and the central area is fairly compact, so I'd offer that it's not necessary to invest heavily in transit passes. We cooked a bit & lacked nothing in the way of pots, pans, cutlery and flatware. Lots of seasonings and spices are in the drawers in the kitchen! Wi-Fi is good and stable. If we had one reservation, it was that the mattresses were a bit firm. YMMV. There are blinds to darken the apartment completely and the neighborhood is mainly quiet at night. TV has nice picture and sound, though regular TV has very little programming in English -- you may learn a bit more French if you watch the Francophone programming, though. Netflix and Prime Video are available, however, and the Voyageurs profile on Netflix was set up for English speakers. We really enjoyed Bordeaux and its people, and this apartment was a perfect base. If you are fortunate to have a beautiful afternoon, take a picnic to Jardin Public which is a 10-minute walk. Recommend this place & we would stay here again.

De locatie was fantastisch. We konden vrijwel alles lopend bereiken. Ook is de buurt relatief rustig en hadden we geen moeite om een parkeerplaats te vinden. Wel is het een beetje rumoerig als je met het raam open wil slapen. Het appartement is prima voor een gezin van vier; een goed uitgeruste keuken, fijne douche en ruime slaapkamers. Wel waren de matrassen een beetje hard.

Nous avons fait un magnifique séjour à Bordeaux et avons séjourné dans ce super appartement, en famille. Gemütliche und geräumige Wohnung mitten in Bordeaux

Bertrands Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung: sie ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen Haushaltsgeräten und Kochutensilien, die man brauchen könnte und liegt mitten in einem Wohngebiet, und dennoch nur gut 10min von der Place de la Comédie entfernt. Zur Tram sind es nur 7min. zu Fuß, diese fährt direkt zum Bahnhof. Auch nachts ist die Gegend sicher, und es gibt nur wenig Durchgangsverkehr. In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. In Laufnähe gibt es einen größeren Supermarkt, Bäcker, Chocolatier und genügend Möglichkeiten unkompliziert essen zu gehen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr wohnlich und man merkt deutlich, dass Bertrand sie auch selbst bewohnt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Una elección super acertada y super recomendable.

Es un apartamento amplio, moderno, limpio, cómodo y su ubicación, a 10-15min. andando hasta los puntos principales del corazón de la ciudad, lo convierten en una elección segura. Además, Bertrand nos facilitó el aparcamiento en la zona y fue muy flexible tanto con la hora de entrada como con la salida del alojamiento.

Very nice 2 Bedroom, Good location

There were three of us in our party so we needed two bedrooms. Bertrand’s apartment was perfect for us. It was exactly as pictured, nicely furnished, great kitchen even though we mostly ate at restaurants, very clean. Highly recommend!
