In the back of the house there is our huge private playground, surrounded by pine trees and completely fenced, where every child can spend fantastic moments of play in total safety for the parents.

To explore Po Delta and its beauties, you will find quality bikes for a payment or, for short routes, we provide free courtesy bikes for adults and children

And for lovers of sunbathing and landscapes, you can access a sun terrace with sun loungers where with an exclusive panoramic view you can admire all of Rosolina Mare ... the beach, the fishing valleys and the unique and rare colors that the day gives us!

A very good Last Minute decision

A modern, clean and cosy appartment , close to the Beach. Nearby Supermarktes and Restaurants. Very helpful and Friendly Agency, directly in the House. TOP Service. We would definitly come back and can totally suggest the Primule.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und einladend. Der Weg zum Strand ist recht kurz, zudem befindet sich ein schöner Naturstrand in der Nähe. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch hat ein Induktionsfeld nicht funktioniert wie gewünscht. Leider war bei der Ankunft kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden was zu anfänglichen Problemen geführt hat. Nichts desto Trotz eine empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.

Gemütliche Wohnung für Selbstversorger in sehr guter Lage

Sehr neue, ordentliche und saubere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Fenster und Türen zum Balkon alle mit Fliegengittern und Rolläden versehen, (Klimaanlage auf Nachfrage) Die Matratzen sind ziemlich hart für unser Empfinden, jedoch konnten wir auch darauf noch erholsam schlafen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundliche, entgegenkommend und unkompliziert. (offen für Empfehlungen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung, Hilfestellung bei Fahrrädern und platten Autoreifen) Super Lage (5 Minuten zu Fuß zum sehr sauberen touristischen Strand, 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum südlichen, naturbelassenem Strand und Naturareal im Süden der Insel) Einige kleine Läden in unter 5 Minuten Fußreichweite für frisches Gemüse, Obst und kleine Auswahl an anderen Lebensmitteln und Alltagsbedarf.

Alles super!

Wir waren Anfang Juni mit unserem Baby für eine Woche im Le Premule. Wir können wirklich nix negatives sagen. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern, alles neu, sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. (Für mich war die Matratze etwas zu hart) Enrico und seine Familie sind super nett und helfen wo sie können. War ein wirklich schöner Urlaub.

Wunderschöne Ferien in einer sehr modernen Wohnung

Wir haben im September hier wunderschöne Ferien verbracht. Es gibt viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, so wie "Klein-Venedig" Chioggia oder Ravenna. Die Pinienwälder um den Ort sind toll und der großartige Strand war zu unserer Zeit leer. Die Wohnung an sich war sauber, top eingerichtet und mit modernsten Dingen ausgestattet. Una bella sorpresa

Siamo una famiglia con un figlio di 5 anni. Abbiamo trovato questo appartamento una settimana prima della vacanza. Che dire: proprio una bella sorpresa! Appartamento nuovissimo, pulito, con tutti i confort (lavatrice, microonde, lavastoviglie...), bel terrazzo con vista mare, accesso a parco giochi recintato sotto la pineta, disponibilità di biciclette per tutte le età utilissime per muoversi nei dintorni. Consigliatissimo per le famiglie e per chi non ama le località troppo affollate. La gentilezza e la disponibilità del sig. Enrico e della sua famiglia è stata rassicurante e molto apprezzata.

Home sweet home

La casa è, dove il cuore trova la sua sede.. sentirsi a casa senza esserlo, è un privilegio che non a tutti è consentito di godere.. grazie a Enrico, Orazio e Cristina, abbiamo trascorso un mese indimenticabile, nella tranquillità di Rosolina Mare. Rosolina mare in autunno

Sono stato qui per 1 settimana intera periodo fine autunno. Gli appartamenti sono nuovi puliti e moderni, non manca proprio nulla, il proprietario è sempre disponibile e molto gentile. Rosolina pur essendo una località turistica di mare consiglio assolutamente di provare anche periodi non estivi, si apprezza molto meglio la bellezza e fascino di questi posti, perché c'è molto da vedere e divertirsi. Per chi ama fare lunghe passeggiate a piedi o meglio ancora in bicicletta questa è una meta azzeccata , spiagge infinite e libere, ottime lunghe piste ciclabili in paesaggi incantevoli. Il proprietario oltretutto mette a disposizione delle biciclette gratis. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo nel periodo di novembre. Recatevi in questa zona con la vostra auto perché i mezzi di trasporto pubblico in questo periodo sono quasi del tutto assenti.

Top Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne, neue und moderne Ferienwohnung.Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Zum riesigen Strand sind es nur 200m Fußweg, dieser ist unterteilt in private Bereiche (Liegen/Schirme zu mieten, dafür Toiletten, Kiosk,Dusche etc.) und dem öffentlichen Strand. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Im Ort selbst sind kleine Geschäfte, allerdings recht teuer, es empfiehlt sich die größeren Supermärkte außerhalb aufzusuchen.Der Fahhradverleih ist eine nette Sache, allerdings sind es sehr alte Räder, aber um an der Strandpromenade entlang zu fahren ausreichend. Der Vermieter und seine Familie ist sehr freundlich und immer bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Rosolina mare bilocale "Le Primule"

Ho soggiornato una settimana in un bilocale del complesso "Le Primule" di Rosolina mare. L'appartamento è praticamente nuovo, semplice ma molto funzionale e accessoriato di tutto il necessario. Ottimo il balcone ampio nel quale è possibile pranzare (è dotato anche di un barbecue). Altri aspetti positivi: la spiaggia a due passi, il parco privato con giochi per i bambini (alcuni forse da sostituire), il noleggio gratuito di biciclette. Ideale per le famiglie con figli piccoli. I proprietari, cordiali e disponibili, gestiscono l'agenzia immobiliare sotto casa: è quasi come avere a disposizione per ogni necessità la reception di un albergo.
