Urlaub in Istrien

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern hier und hatten 12 wundervolle Tage in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus, das mit allem ausgestattet ist was man braucht. Alles ist gepflegt und es entspricht genau wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Die Gastfreundlichkeit von Marina und Marko ist fabelhaft, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und das Wohl des Gastes steht hier absolut im Vordergrund. Gerne kommen wir wieder

Ländlich gelegenes Juwel

Das Haus ist von der Autobahnausfahrt in ca. 10 Minuten erreicht und liegt ganz ruhig mitten in einem kleinen Dorf, umgeben von Wäldern und Feldern. Es ist ein Teil eines kleinen ehemaligen Bauernhofes, die Vermieter wohnen im gegenüberliegenden Haus, die Hühner direkt dahinter. Es ist ein ausgesprochen geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, wo es an nichts fehlt - und wenn doch, kümmert sich die Vermieterin rührend. Wir haben mehrere Abende bei einem Glas Wein mit den Vermietern zusammengesessen und viel gelacht. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, die großen Supermärkte sind kurz vor Porec, ca. 15 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Das nächste Strandbad ist in Playa Laguna mit großen Pinienwäldern im Hintergrund. Uns hat es am Besten an der Strandbar Fuente kurz vor dem Ort Funtana gefallen. Ein Ausflug in die Naturhöhle von Pazin ist sehr emfehlenswert. Hier aber gutes Schuhwerk und Hosen tragen, da man, um in die Höhle zu gelangen viel klettern muss und sogar mit einer kleinen Zipline fährt. Nur geführte Touren - Anmeldung erforderlich. Lohnt sich! Ein Ausflug nach Pula (ca. 60 min Fahrt) ist lohnend und die kleine Hafenstadt Rovinj ist sooooo schön. Der Hafen am Ende des Fjords ist auch einen Ausflug (mit dem PKW erreichbar) wert. Das Wasser ist zwar nicht so kristallklar wie weiter im Süden, hat uns aber trotzdem gut gefallen.

wundervolle Gastgeber, großes komfortables Haus, perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Steinferienhaus Mendula. Das Haus war sauber und bot uns sehr viel Platz. Wir hatten immer eine angenehme Nachtruhe ohne Lärm und ohne Mücken, dank der Moskitonetze in den Fenstern. Die Vermieter waren außerordentlich freundlich und haben uns mehrfach mit selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten überrascht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Marina, Marco und die Großeltern.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub der definitiv wiederholt wird

Wir erlebten mit 3 Kindern in diesem Haus einen ausgesprochen schönen und sehr entspannten Pfingsturlaub. Das Haus liegt abseits von jeglichem Trubel oder Verkehr in einem winzigen Dorf. Wir fanden genau die Ruhe die wir suchten ohne Touristentrubel direkt vor der Haustür. Trotzdem ist man über die Hauptstraße binnen 20 min ohne Nutzung der Maut -Autobahn beispielsweise in Porec. Auch ansonsten benötigten wir während unseres Urlaubs nur zur An- und Abreise die Autobahn, alle anderen Ziele erreichten wir ohne Maut. Wir verbrachten schöne Tage am Strand, wenn man ein bisschen sucht findet man leicht abseits gelegene Strände mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen bei denen dennoch eine Strandbar, Duschen und Toiletten verfügbar sind. Das Ferienhaus ist Bestandteil eines 400 Jahre alten Vierseithofes mit Innenhof. Das Haus und der Hof ist komplett saniert, das Alter merkt man dem Gebäude in keinster Weise an. Es ist mit jeglichem Komfort ausgestattet wie beispielsweise überdachter Parkplatz für's Auto, Klimaanlage, zwei Bäder mit Badewanne, Dusche und WC samt Bidet. Die Fenster kann man dank Fensterläden komplett abdunkeln, so dass einem langen Ausschlafen ggf nur die Kinder im Wege stehen. Es gibt einen Balkon und eine überdachte Veranda mit Liegestühlen, dank der Überdachung kann die Wäsche auch bei schlechtem Wetter draußen trocknen. Wer im Urlaub bügeln möchte findet sogar hierfür ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Die Küche ist mit Kochutensilien und Geschirr üppig ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind ebenfalls reichlich vorhanden. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern begrüßt und verbrachten viele schöne (Abend -)Stunden miteinander. Unsere Kinder spielten viel mit den Kindern der Vermieter im Innenhof und freuen sich schon sehr auf den bereits reservierten Urlaub dort im nächsten Sommer. Wenn man sich eher zurückziehen und für sich sein möchte wird auch das völlig selbstverständlich respektiert.

Charmante maison tenue par une hôtesse extraordinaire

Très belle maison, vieille grange retapée, mélange de vielles pierres et de modernité! Les photos de l'annonce sont très fidèles à la réalité. Il y a même une machine à laver, ce qui n'est pas précisé sur l'annonce. Spacieuse, très fonctionnelle avec ses 2 salles de bain, sa buanderie , sa terrasse, 3 chambres, cuisine équipée. Draps et serviettes fournies. climatisation, super par temps de canicule comme cela a été le cas durant notre semaine et moustiquaires. Beaucoup de choses mises à disposition : lessive, produits ménagers, plusieurs condiments ... Proche de Porec, Pula, Rovijn, les parcs aquatiques, les plages ... alors que l'on est au calme dans un hameau. Les propriétaires sont juste en face de la cour et c'est tout ce qui fait que cette maison restera à jamais dans notre cœur. Marina et sa famille sont exceptionnels: conviviaux, touchants, attentifs. Nous avons fait plusieurs soirées ensemble, bien que ne parlant pas croate et eux pas français : soirée pastèque, soirée vins ... et nous avons été invités à l'anniversaire de leur fils de 2 ans. Que de merveilleux souvenirs !!! Marina parle anglais et aime accueillir des invités étrangers chez elle. Elle nous a aussi fait visiter leur ferme toute proche. Nous avons appris des mots en croate, basiques mais bien utiles pour ne pas passer pour des mal polis auprès des croates qui sont, dans la grande majorité, extrêmement accueillants . Les enfants ont joué facilement ensemble. Si l'on pouvait mettre 6/5 en note on la mettrait volontiers !!! Choisir cette location, c'est partir à la rencontre d'une formidable famille croate! Thanks you very much Marina! Merci, merci pour tous ces bons moments passés ensemble.
