Beautiful holiday house with a breathtaking sea view. Harmoniously decorated holiday house with a private heated pool, comfortable furniture, and extra facilities. It was built in 1970 and completely reconstructed in 2012 for renting. Closed natural property 900 m2. This pleasant, cozy, and fully-furnished holiday home is situated in the small town of Bakarac, at the entrance of the Bay of Bakar. It has a panoramic sea view. The ground floor has a bathroom, a living room, and a bedroom with two separate beds. External stairs lead to an upper floor that has a kitchen, a living room, and one bedroom with a double bed. The entire house is air-conditioned. Beautiful terraces, a barbecue, and a pool for a refreshing dip will make your holiday memorable. Enjoy jogging on the seashore or in the forest nearby. You can visit the magical island of Krk, explore the nightlife of Crikvenica, Bakar or Kraljevica and enjoy a visit to the city of Rijeka. This holiday home is right in the middle of Kvarner Bay.
