Great Apartment in a good location
Its in out opinion a great location, overlooking the beach. It’s up in the height of the city, so you walk straight out on the top. If you want to go to the beach or beach front you just take the elevator down For a longer stay, like we had, 16 days, it could be great with a bit better broom or perhaps a small vacuum cleaner, as it’s getting a bit dusty due to the wind and the nearby beach

Fabulous views great position but a very very tired property did not live up to photos
Fabulous position with great views but not all photos are of property not the same kitchen it's very tired apartment the photos taken many years ago. rusted balcony furniture the ratten on the chairs was splitting causing one to be unsafe to sit on. plastic netting attached to balcony railings by cable ties. Stained furniture in living room sofa was fairly new but they had covered it with a bed sheet to stop any wear and tear. chipped coffee table which someone had tried to hide the chips with white paint. 2nd bedroom had no external window the internal window the glass had broken and not been replaced so no privacy..master bedroom ensuite shower tray very badly repaired should have been replaced. if we left the air-conditioning on over night it caused a leak in the master bedroom ensuite ceiling when we rang management we were told we needed to switch off air-conditioning as we had had it on too long. Only 20 beds around the pool for 200 plus apartments the apartment block had been built in the 60's this was reflected in the reception are and hotel corridors

Apartment with lots of potential let down by the basics
Location and views are amazing. Apartment is nice enough, although everything is pretty basic. Generally things in the apartment were fine. Kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils. The WIFI is a bad joke. In this day and age the speed and reliability are unacceptable. I was better using my 4G on my phone. Shower in main bedroom was not draining properly so after a couple of minutes the tray is nearly full of water, even if you turn off water while you soap up. There is very little to get you started other than a couple of roles of toilet paper. No shower gel which we are used to now so prepare for it. There's no detergent for the washing machine. Nothing in the kitchen other than washing up liquid and a couple of dish washer tablets - no oil, no vinegar, no basics (was a bit of salt and pepper). Would be very nice and not so much effort to have a "Welcome pack" and a few basics. Floors were actually quite dirty. We needed to mop the floors as our feet were black after a few hours in the apartment. Also, when you're staying 11 days it would be nice to have a mid-stay clean or a towel/sheet change. Again nothing is provided so we had to wash towels, etc and of course pay for the washing machine tablets to do it.

This property is one of the best because is so confortable , is just in front of the beach and you can go by private elevator and you are directly in Torremolinos center by private elevator too. You will not need a car, just everything is around.
