Beautiful rustic Studio B is located in a quiet neighborhood of Novi Vinodolski. It is located on the ground floor of this apartment complex and can accommodate two people.
This studio apartment decorated in a traditional Mediterranean style consists of two areas. In the first room, you have a well-equipped kitchen with modern cooking appliances and all necessary kitchen utensils. In the next room you can find a double bed, a dining area and a fireplace. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower. Outside, there is a shared swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs and seating furniture with a beautiful view of the sea and the Kvarner Bay. Guests have access to a shared gym and wellness facilities. The barbecue is located on the terrace in the garden. The pool can be used from 09:00 to 21:00 during the season. Each apartment has one private parking space available. Pets, parties and youth groups are not allowed.

Individueller Tagesablauf war gut möglich

Unsere Ferienwohnung war im Erdgeschoss separat, und dadurch waren wir für uns ganz separat. Kein Durchgangsverkehr, keine störende Geräusche, keine Personen über unserer Wohnung usw. Wir waren ungestört. Die Vermieter waren hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Die Betten, bzw. die Matratzen gehören dringend ausgetauscht. Ebenso wie die Küchenmöbel, sie sind ein bunt zusammengewürfelter Haufen. Speziell in unserer Wohnung hat die Klima-Anlage versagt .
