Charming Holiday House Prenc is located in central Istria, near the town of Sveti Petar u Šumi. It can accommodate up to six persons. The house has been renovated in 2016 so it's a combination of traditional rustical and modern elements. It consists of two double bed bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower. In the main living area you can find a nice, comfortable and air conditioned living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and modern appliances. Between, the kitchen and the living room, there's a dining area. The house has an open outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill and a large wooden table with seating. Outside is a private pool, with beach chairs which are surrounded by a wonderful green garden with flowers. Come to Holiday House Prenc and spend a unforgettable Summer vacation. Private parking is at your disposal.
