The apartment is located in the quiet resort of Parque Holandes, not far from the capital Puerto del Rosario and the lively Corralejo.
It is located at the entrance of the natural park of the famous Corralejo Dunes, a paradise for water sports such as surfing, kite and wind surfing.
For trekking lovers the surrounding area allows interesting excursions, especially on the Montaña Roja volcanic cone which enjoys excellent views.
The position allows you to easily reach both the west and south sides of the island to admire more rural landscapes and pristine beaches.
The house is located in a complex with swimming pool and is 500m from the sea.
It consists of two floors:
- on the ground floor - kitchen, living room and externally a large patio.
- on the first floor - double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bidet
The beds are two: for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
The kitchen is equipped with a fan oven, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and induction hob. In the room there is a TV and a Bluetooth speaker.
In the house there is a washing machine.
No pets are allowed and smoking is expressly forbidden inside the apartment.
