This charming villa is located 300 meters above sea level in the Salobre Golf Resort and offers beautiful views of the golf course and the mountains. The golf resort is located in a prime location in the south of the islands, just a few minutes drive from the golden sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The resort also has a Sheraton hotel, a supermarket, a restaurant and a golf school.The houseThe cozy accommodation is split over two floors. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. On the lower floor there is another bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and the open living room with dining area and kitchen.The house is well equipped with electric stove, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, cot, safe, air conditioning (hot / cold), internet (WIFI), satellite TV and DVD player.The outdoor areaFrom the living room leads to the terrace, which is equipped with a dining table and a barbecue. From here, some steps lead to the garden and pool area (3 mx 1.5 mx 1.4 m). Next to the main entrance to the house is another lawn with sun loungers, which invite you to enjoy the sunny climate of Gran Canaria.
