About this property

Fantastic apartment located in one of the most exclusive areas of Madrid, the Chamberí neighbourhood surrounded by commercial and leisure facilities.

It has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed, which makes the capacity of the apartment for 4 people. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped.

We accept pets and the service charge will be 30 euros.

The personal check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and check-out before 11:00 hs. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

In Alterhome, we like to personally welcome our clients at the moment of their arrival. The check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00 and check-out before 11:00. We have a strict non smoking policy for all properties .We will be delighted to offer a range of additional services (paid and upon request) such as: Private transfers, early / late check-in and late check-out (subject to availability), Organise your groceries etc.
It is very important for us that you have a pleasant stay. Therefore, we are always available in our office hours from 9:00. to 21:00, and out of hours 24 in case of emergency.
