Beautiful exterior apartment ideal for couples, families and friends in the heart of Madrid, completely renovated and designed to spend some incredible days in the capital.

You will enjoy an apartment equipped with everything you need for 2-4 people in total comfort.

IT IS ON A FIFTH FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR, in a building over 100 years old.

- Living / dining room: You will enjoy a cozy living / dining room with a 1.35cm folding bed, dining table, TV, internet, etc.

- Kitchen: Perfect kitchen with everything you need to cook and enjoy. You will find washing machine, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, crockery, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

- Bathroom: Perfect bathroom equipped with shower, sink, toilet and its own boiler. You will also find shampoo, gel, towels, hair dryer, etc.

- Room: beautiful design double room, double bed (1.35cm) together with wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps.

The apartment comes fully equipped with bedding, duvet, towel sets, etc.

It has air conditioning / heating with temperature and fully adjustable mode.In winter we have electric heaters that are fully adjustable in intensity and time.

Located in a totally emblematic and beautiful building, with courtyard and wooden stairs, through these you will access the apartment as it does not have an elevator.

Located in the heart of one of the most fashionable neighborhoods of the capital, is our apartment, where fashion and urban culture are trends. You can walk through one of the streets with more shops and cafes around Madrid, besides being next to the main tourist stops such as: Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Sol, Plaza España, etc.

You have the Noviciado Metro Station, just 80 meters from the apartment. Another 100 meters away is the Metro Station Plaza de España and Santo Domingo with different connections.

We don't have an elevator, being an old building is protected by urban regulations and you have to use the stairs to access the apartment.

Once the reservation is made and before arrival we will need you to check in online, which is nothing more than the registration of your data for the established control that we must carry out.

The property was great and just as listed. Very clean and very picturesque. My girlfriend and I had a great time here and the apartment was centrally located to the Main Street of Madrid. The stairs are a hike but it makes the experience all the more worth it. I will be staying here again in future visits!
