About this property

Stunning clifftop chalet set in a small, friendly holiday park

Come and stay at our beautiful chalet in the picturesque village of Kingsdown, close to Deal and St Margarets and the port of Dover.

The space

Three bedrooms, sleeping 6 comfortably. One superking downstairs that can be separated into two singles. Upstairs are 2 open plan twin bedrooms separated by a toilet and sink. Downstairs bathroom has bath and shower attachment and another toilet. Sporting facilities on site, including heated indoor pool, tennis court, volleyball court & crazy golf. Minimum stay 1 night.

Interaction with guests

There is a key safe at the chalet. Please leave keys back here when you depart.

Other things to note

The social club is run by owner volunteers and displays the opening times and events on the black board outside. There is a £1 joining fee per adult per year which allows you to enjoy very cheap alcohol :-) The swimming pool is currently closed for refurbishment. There is no restaurant or bakery on site. Unfortunately the management company are still listing these on their website. If you are relying on a specific amenity being available, please e-mail me first before booking. There is a parking permit system on site, however if you do not manage to get any assistance from reception, do not worry. Thank you.

Great weekend in Kingsland

Chalet 96 is excellently appointed with great views and 3 good bedrooms , 2 twins upstairs and a large king size double downstairs so works very well with the kids upstairs Claire was an excellent remote host and everything worked like clockwork . A great location close to the beach and the excellent Zetland Armd for a drink and dinner with Warmer and Deal within easy reach by bike or a seaside walk. Would highly recommend the Corner Cafe on Dover Road in Walmer for a hearty meal and a friendly welcome
