This lovely one-bedroom apartment in Santa Maria La Nova district has been renovated in 2018.
While completing the renovation, we look forward to the original stone walls - even in the bathroom - to safeguard the original Sicilian look-and-feel. This unit is situated 10m away from the 1600 church of San Guglielmo, right behind Santa Maria La Nova.
The studio offers a comfortable bathroom, kitchenette, and air conditioning.
While restaurants and cafés are as close as 150mt, and the town center with the main attraction (Piazza Busacca, Via Mormino Penna) is 300 meters away, this location is extraordinarily quiet and peaceful. Opposite the church, one can enjoy a view of the natural beauty of the Cava SM La Nova.
Larger groups can also consider booking our other Scicli unit Paris Place in the adjacent alleyway
