The house is located in a very quiet and safe, with 24 hour security and is closed residential.
Ideal home to spend a quiet holiday in Família, near the center of Santiago, and 45 minutes by car from Puerto Plata Beach.

Comfortable
The home is comfortable and the neighborhood is gated. We felt safe. The owners/hosts were responsive and the local manager Joana was caring and helpful. But, the house is older and needs some TLC.

Wrong property given
I rented a house that looked completely different than the one we were given the keys to and with one day left, I was contacted to confirm that we were staying in the wrong house. Ugh!!! Sloppy booking.

Amazing.
It was very great spending my days at the house. I was very satisfied about everything especially the host. She was very caring and sweet. I was received all the services that I need on time. She is a hard worker and she did great. I don’t have any complaints. And honestly I’m looking forward to come back soon.
