The Trianon building belongs to me and my husband Angeliki and Manolis Tripodakis. We are already counting several years in the tourism sector as we also own a hotel in Spilia Kolymbariou, which is called Spilia Village Boutique Hotel. An accommodation completely different from Trianon as it is purely traditional, where all its architecture has been based on the restoration of old homes estimated 300-400 years old. Our main concern, for me who have studied Tourism Professions and Businesses, as well as for my husband whose main job before retirement was Maritime, is to provide a good aesthetic and quality result in whatever we are up to, as well as to provide high comforts and amenities.
Eleftherias Square, which is just a few meters from our property, is one of the most beautiful squares in Chania. The broader court area belongs to the "A zone", it is very close to the center and serves visitors from all aspects as it has everything nearby (bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, doctors, cinema etc). It is considered to be one of the best areas of Chania in terms of security and therefore there is a special preference for it from wealthy families looking for permanent residences.
