Spacious self-catering cottages with lovely terrace and shared swimming pool, in a peaceful setting.

Cottages, renovated in 2018 and 2019, spacious from 80 to 100 m2 with 1 or 2 bedrooms 1 or 2 bathrooms; swimming pool, washing machine, well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning etc ... calm, restful and secure location, sea view, 10 min from Roseau beach and close to many tourist sites, (carbet falls allée du manoir place de Christophe Colomb Temple Hindu etc ...) 20 minutes from the pier to go to the Ile des Saintes. Possibility to visit and taste the seasonal fruits of my farm if the rental period is more than a week. Gîtes labeled by the network 'Welcome to the farm of the chamber of agriculture'; also listed on the Guide du Routard. These 3 lodgings are well located to visit the 2 parts of the island and also to discover all the agriculture and the luxuriant vegetation of the region of Basse-Terre. Car rental possible with reception at the airport. Price: T2 cottage 3 people or 2 adults 2 children: 370 € / week. 70 € per day, min 3 days, 3-room gîte, 5 people: 700 € / week 100 € per day, min 3 days, decreasing price from 3 weeks.

optimale Lage zur Erkundung von Basse-Terre. Sehr geräumige Wohnung in grosszügiger Anlage ausserhalb der Ortschaft Sainte-Marie am Hang, ruhig gelegen in schöner Umgebung. WLAN, Klima, Küche, Badzimmer, Waschmaschine, alles funktioniert perfekt. Sehr netter Empfang.

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez M. et Mme VASSEAUX. Notre gite était spacieux et bien équipé, et la piscine très agréable à tout moment de la journée. L'endroit situé au calme, à la campagne, est très reposant. Il permet en outre de rayonner sur toute la Guadeloupe, et notamment sur les sites de randonnée de la Basse-Terre (Soufrière, Carbet, Etangs, ...) A noter que : - contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur la carte, le gite est loin de la mer (voiture obligatoire), - certains soirs, les embouteillages sur la N1 peuvent être déconcertants (comme partout sur l'ile). Nous y retournerons, R & C

Avons passé 7 semaines dans le gîte T2 au milieu des 2 autres sans aucune gêne car chacun a sa terrasse sans vis à vis. Gite propre et confortable ,spacieux, calme. Superbe jardin très fleuri, piscine très bien entretenue. Site bien aéré car en hauteur. Propriétaires accueillants, toujours à l'écoute avec discrétion. Merci à Antoinette et Daniel pour toutes leurs attentions : fleurs, bananes, etc... et pour leurs conseils. Ce fut difficile de repartir.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce gîte. Accueil charmant, maison très propre et confortable, jolie vue sur mer, et piscine nickel pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée ! Vraiment très agréable et une location que nous recommandons chaleureusement !

Un véritable rêve d'un mois

Nous rentrons d'un mois de location chez M et MME VASSEAUX. Ce que vous voyez sur les photos est réellement ce que vous trouverez à votre arrivée. Gîte très spacieux, bien aménagé, climatisé, belle terrasse, barbecue, salle de bain et WC séparés. Gîte très calme avec piscine, les oiseaux picorent vos miettes le matin au petit déjeuner. La propreté du gîte est à souligner. L'accueil des propriétaires est remarquable. Visite de leur exploitation de bananes et ananas en 4X4, gentilles attentions de Mme Vasseaux : beignets, kassaves, fleurs exotiques à notre arrivée avec le jus de fruits local ainsi que tous les bons plans : restaurants, balades à faire, commerces et même un bon plan pour la location de la voiture avec quelqu'un qui vient vous chercher et vous ramène à l'aéroport. Un véritable bonheur
