Our residential complex, which is located near Colva beach, accommodates several tourists every year. The flat has two bedrooms fully furnished for 4 guests. A fast WiFi connection is available in the entire flat. Our kitchen is equipped with appliances, utensils, and dishes to prepare meals. A washing machine is provided, and you can air-dry clothes in the kitchen balcony. In the common areas, guests can enjoy a dip in the pool or simply walk around the garden area if they desire.
If you don't feel like cooking, or wish to try local specialties, there are several restaurants in the area near Colva beach. Colva beach road, which is a 10-15 min. walk from the flat, has several restaurants, souvenir stores, pharmacies, tour and rental services, an ATM, and other stores. The beach is a 5-min walk from the place. Seeing the ocean come into view as you walk towards it is one of the best views here.

Hideaway close to the beach

Just returned from a lovely holiday in this property. It is on a very quiet complex tucked away on its own. It was lovely in a morning to open the doors on to the balcony in the lounge and let the sun and air flood in. When you leave the complex it is a short walk straight down to a beautiful beach. There are many small local shops a short stroll away from the complex they have everything to fulfil your everyday needs. there are a number of eateries close by and it is a short walk into the main square in Colva. We were very comfortable in this apartment and would definitely use it again. Great communication with the property manager he was there for our every need.

Strandurlaub in Goa Colva Beach

Die Wohnung ist Teil einer schon etwas älteren Ferienwohnungsanlage. Die Häuser sind bunt gestrichen und der Pool in der Mitte ist schön angelegt mit viel Grün drumherum. Es fehlt jedoch ein Schattenplatz um sich tagsüber etwas länger dort aufzuhalten. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist einfach und zweckmäßig. Wir hatten besonders in der zweiten Woche das Pech, das sehr oft Wasser und Strom für Stunden ausfielen. Das Internet war ohne Strom natürlich auch nicht vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht und haben auf Anfragen auch immer sofort reagiert und uns mit Informationen versorgt.

Yes, It was unfortunate that major electrical maintenance and repair work was carried out in this area during your stay, which affected several buildings in the locality. This eventually affected other utilities which led to interruptions. Such interruptions generally do not occur frequently.
