From the living room, there is access to the balcony with panoramic views of Sognefjord and Balestrand. The holiday home has four bedrooms. One bedroom has an entrance from the outside and is on the holiday home's first floor. All beds are divisible double beds or folding single beds. One bathroom. Separate room inside the bathroom with whirlpool for 1-2 people and sauna for 4-6 people. TV via Astra1 for German and international TV channels and Canal Digital for Norwegian and Nordic TV channels. Internet with 30 Mbit speed for streaming. Large parking lot 20 m from the holiday home. The distance from the fjord is 25 m. The nearest village, shop and restaurant is Leikanger 16 km away. The nearest neighbor/holiday house is no. 94741 50 meters away. Sognefjorden is the world's longest fjord, surrounded by high mountains, beautiful waterfalls, glaciers, and orchards, and one of the most beautiful fjords too. Great hiking possibilities in the area, e.g. to Vassvarden 1050 m.a.s.l. On fine days, you can see all the way to Fjærland from Trodalsegga, 3 km from Vassvarden and further into the mountains. Cape Hella just below the holiday house has a 180-degree panoramic view of the Sognefjord and the mountain peaks in the area. You can also go glacier hiking, climbing, paddling or cycling. A visit to Kaupanger stave church (55 km away), built around the year 1140 and one of Norway's oldest stave churches, is recommended. The "Heibergske". Collections – Sogn folkemuseum" in Kaupanger has a wide selection of buildings and objects collected from a large area. Further inside the Sognefjord is Lærdal, 66 km and a ferry ride away from the holiday house, where you can find preserved wooden buildings in the Swiss style. There is a boat for rent at the holiday house, a 16-foot boat with a 15 HP engine. The boat is moored in the owner's private marina, 30 m away. Life jackets are included in boat hire. Boat can be rented for a day or for a whole week. Price for one day is NOK 400 per person. day and NOK 2,800 per week. NB! BOAT HIRE DURING APPROX. 15.5 – 15.9.
