Our penthouse is located on the fourth floor with a view of the swimming pool, there is no restaurant below the complex so you have the advantage of staying in the center but not the disadvantage of noise from the busy roads, bars and terraces.

Moraira
Moraira is sometimes called the jewel on the Costa Blanca. With perhaps the best climate in Europe and its natural beauty, this area is an oasis of serene tranquility and luxury. And with the ideal location between Alicante and Valencia, there is always a cheap flight at both airports. You pick up your rental car directly at the airport for, sometimes only, € 5 per day. With its luxurious streets and small scale without high-rise buildings, Moraira has retained its authenticity. It is pleasantly busy with the many terraces and restaurants without becoming too touristy. Because there are still many Spaniards living in the center, it has also retained its Spanish character. There is plenty to do for young and old, there is a beautiful go-kart track of a former F1 test driver and the little ones will also enjoy themselves on the beach with fish and catching crabs from the stream. There are beautiful ships in the large and luxurious marina and you can even buy fresh fish at the fish market.
