About this property
A calm haven in the heart of Brighton
Welcome, and thank you for stopping by!
I’m a professional host offering four beautiful, light-filled guest rooms in my elegant Victorian terrace home—just a short stroll from Brighton’s bustling Laines and the lively seafront.
Whether you're in town to shop, dine, or soak up the atmosphere, you’ll find the perfect retreat here to relax and unwind after a busy day.
Each room is newly decorated in calming, neutral tones and features a brand-new double bed with a memory foam mattress for a restful night’s sleep.
With large windows, high ceilings, and plenty of space to spread out, every room feels bright and welcoming.
Two rooms come with their own private en-suite bathrooms, while the other two share a spacious, luxury bathroom. This particular room also includes a comfy sofa bed (small double), a 50-inch smart TV, and a private luxury bathroom—perfect for couples, friends, or solo travellers who appreciate a little extra comfort.
You'll have tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, fluffy towels, and ample storage in every room. Plus, you’ll receive your own key and fob for complete flexibility during your stay.
In the morning, help yourself to a relaxed continental breakfast in the kitchen/dining area. Choose from cereals, toast, yogurts, cheeses, fruit, juice, and tea or coffee—available at your convenience any time before 11am on your check-out day.
Tucked away on a quiet street, yet minutes from all the action, this home truly offers the best of both worlds.
After a day exploring the city, come home to peace and quiet—perhaps with a cup of tea in the beautiful secluded garden (also the designated smoking area).
It’s a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere with excellent facilities and a host happy to point you toward the best of Brighton.
I’m delighted to welcome families, couples, solo travellers, and friends for short or long stays—discounts are available for longer visits, so please ask.
This is also a great spot for parents visiting students at the nearby universities.
Please note:
There is a 2-night minimum stay on weekends; and
The house may not be suitable for children under the age of 3, as my two beautiful rescue cats are quite sensitive and easily stressed by high levels of activity and noise.
Looking forward to welcoming you to delightful Brighton!
