Spectacular apartment with magnificent sea views. It has all kinds of amenities, very bright, newly renovated. Bus and tram stops at the door of the building. Ideal for 2 or 3 people (maximum 4). Chillout area on the terrace. With the possibility of picking up and approaching the station if the schedules are compatible. With closed parking space, optional.
