Perfect family house by the water

4 bedrooms with queen and king size beds. Large livingroom, newly renovated bathroom and kitchen (fully equiped). Also one toilett and one shower room. Fireplace, wi-fi, several televisions, burglar alarm / system. Parking for 2 cars.

Outside a spa used all year around. Sunny beachfront. Calm street. Several outdoor decks, huge grass lawn between the house and dock. Small beach and boat ramp. View of the lake and a beautiful church from the turn of the century.

Located in the heart of Saltsjöbaden 20 min outside of Stockholm. Stunning neighborhood in the beginning of our beautiful archipelago.

In Saltsjöbaden there are tenniscourses, a golf club, gyms, restaurants, grand hotel, beautiful forrest, playgrounds and different places to go swimming. In de winter hebben we een liftassistente ski slope, verschillende lakes om te schaatsen, en ook indoorschaatsen. 10 min by car to large shopping malls.

En af de mest smukke byområder utanför Stockholm.
