Charming house overlooking the countryside

My house Mela in Poderone is located in the central part of the village and has a balcony and a terrace where you can dine outdoors. The villa has a well-tended garden, from which you can enjoy a wide view of the surrounding countryside.

The villa has a bright living area on the ground floor with fully equipped kitchen; the sleeping area consists of two bedrooms (both equipped with TV with satellite channels) one of which has a private balcony. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub with a shower.
The villa is independent on two sides; the lodge and the garden of competence are for the exclusive use of the guests of the house, who enjoy free access to the condominium pool.
Upon arrival you will be greeted by a trusted person who will be available during your stay for possible emergencies

The village Poderone is located in the heart of the Maremma, an area south of Tuscany, typical for its wild landscapes.

Composed of 9 independent villas, Poderone enjoys an enchanting view of the surrounding hills; thanks to its strategic position, Poderone is the ideal place from which to explore the unspoiled Tuscan coast full of parks and quiet beaches. The famous Golfo dell'Argentario is located right in this area of Tuscany, and the renowned thermal springs of Saturnia are just a thirty minute drive away.

The Mela apartment in Poderone can only be reached by private means of transport.
Ample unguarded parking is available.
