The ground floor property boasts a spacious and bright open plan living area which features a comfortable sofa, a large new flat screen TV to enjoy and a stunning fully fitted Kitchen with breakfast bar and stools which offers all the desired appliances for a self-catering holiday. The living room also boasts direct views over the small and exclusive residence as well as of the Lake and mountains, providing a fantastic backdrop with a loved one and a glass of wine during your stay!

From the living room glass doors slide out onto a gorgeous private balcony terrace which features an alfresco dining area making it a wonderful place for memorable lunches and dinner parties! The views feature the hillside of Argegno, the famous Isola Comacina and the breathtaking lake with its dramatic mountain tops.

The sleeping accommodation is ideal for a couple who are looking for a Lake Como property with space and contemporary furnishings to use and enjoy. The master bedroom features a very comfortable and stylish double bed with bedside table and dressing table. Outdoors access can also be enjoyed from here. To the living room the sofa bed can also be utilised to accommodate any additional guests.

A newly fitted modern bathroom also features and offers all the desired sanitary-ware including a washing machine for guest’s convenience.

The exclusive Residence Eden grounds offer more besides the sunny position and breathtaking lake views as it also offers residents a wonderful Swimming pool ideal for recreation and poolside relaxation, with breathtaking views to also enjoy! From the hillside residence guests can reach the lakeside centre of Argegno in just 5 minutes by car. The popular visitor town offers many picturesque views from the gushing Mountain River and ancient bridge crossings to the vibrant piazzas with cafes, bars and restaurants which lead to quieter and charming medieval passageways and areas of the town which are just waiting to be explored!

The town offers a range of local amenities and offers some very good restaurants to enjoy including La Piazzetta. From the town guests can also easily use the ferry and bus service or travel by car to explore the nearby towns and also enjoy other marvellous dining experiences at Il Crotto Platani and Gatto Nero. Staying in Argegno along the desirable western shore of Lake Como also means that guests are within easy reach of the cosmopolitan delights of Como city which include the famous Duomo cathedral, its buzzing Piazzas, the wide variety of designer and high street shopping boulevards and Villa Olmo which plays host in its splendid rooms and gardens to many art and musical events and festivals each year. A train service also operates frequently to Milan from the city, making it an ideal destination to explore the Lombardy region from. Accurate Listing Would Have Helped

Great location, spacious apartment, pool is fabulous, terrace is huge and well equipped but despite the listing... * there is NO aircon in the apartment (they have now changed their website listing!) * check-in tells you that WiFi is on a dongle that needs collecting from Menaggio and is limited to 10 euros. We then discovered there IS WiFi in this building but it's never worked in this apartment * the kitchen is NOT well-equipped. We eventually got a working microwave but it took 4 days. There are 2 rings and loads of pans that are too big to use on them. No corkscrew to be found, or scissors! All in, if we had known about these before we rented we wouldn't have chosen this place, however, if you're aware and happy then it's a great apartment in a fantastic location. The staff er dealt with at the office were also polite and welcoming. They offered us a generous refund but we are still chasing them for payment of it, 3 weeks later.

Residence Eden Magnolia 14

Thank you for making our family holiday experience at the Residence Eden Magnolia 19+15+14 a memorable one in August 2014. From the start to finish the booking facilities were simple and the assistance plus the information given by Lydia were exceptional. All three apartments were as described on your website with wonderful views of Lake Como from the balcony. Parking our two large vans was easy and safe. Thank you for the champagne which we were able to enjoy on our boat trip, hired from Centro Nautico Lario di Turati based in Argegno. The boat hire people were very friendly & the cost was very reasonable for one hour hire around the lake. The restaurants in Argegno village were all wonderful. As there were 16 family members including kids The Ristorante la Piazzetta were able to accommodate us with a beautiful table outside on the courtyard overlooking the lake serving awesome pizzas. Ristorante Barchetta service & food was good especially Risotto with wild mushrooms & homemade Tiramisu. The Hotel Villa Belvedere restaurant on the lake was a little expensive but well worth the view & the 5star service. Also our 10 minute walk down to Argegno village everyday was made special in the morning due to fresh bakery in the village & in the evening having various flavours of Gelato ice-cream.

Residence Eden Magnolia 14

Thank you for your recommendation and a wonderful holiday, the apartment and complex were very good. I Thought the secure parking was excellent although it was very tight to get in the garage. The pool could have been cleaned a little bit more regularly and the hot & cold taps in the shower were connected the wrong way round! Kind regards
