This homely Edinburgh tenement, perfectly located in the Broughton area, offers both comfort and convenience. A short walk will take you to the various prime sites and popular attractions including the iconic Dean Village, Stockbridge, Princes Street and the Royal Mile.

This property is perfectly sized for couples or single travellers with 1 bedroom fitted with a brand new King Sized Bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the Lounge.

The Kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook lovely homemade meals during your stay, there is also a Tesco directly across from the apartment to pick up your ingredients. For those that enjoy a coffee to kick start their mornings, an espresso machine is provided.

The living room has two large couches, one of which can be used as a sofa bed if travelling with friends or family. You can also find a big TV, for relaxing and cosier evenings after a whole day exploring!

There is also access to a quiet shared Garden to the rear of the property.

NOTE: 3 flights of stairs to access property (no lift access).
The property is located on the 3rd floor so is not suitable for wheelchair users


Parking:
On street parking is available. You will be able to park free of charge around the Broughton Road area between the hours of 5.30 PM and 8.30 AM (Monday to Friday) and ALL DAY Saturday and Sunday, this includes on single yellow lines and “permit holders only” parking areas. Outside those hours parking is still possible in designated areas at a modest charge, the easiest way for paying and administrating parking is by downloading the “Ringgo”app and follow the simple instructions, or payment can be made at the ticket machines. The best place to find available payable parking is in Eyre Place, which is only a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There is also parking in Tesco, which is direct across from the apartment and this is free for 90 minutes.

* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and £50 if you find yourself locked out. Get in contact with us asap and we'll get you back in the property as quickly as we can.
* We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
* Travel coat available on request (additional fees), Please note that bedding is not included

Would not recommend especially if you live in seismically active area or light sleeper
Was pretty disappointing experience. The apartment is off main attractions and not that polished - I was thinking was reflected in the price. However, it appeared to be not clean (the bedding was fresh) - dust everywhere, some stuff on the floors, strands of hair on the tab area and on the bathroom floor, someone’s hair pin on the kitchen counter top and bread crumbs. There were scuff marks on the walls (??!!??) Though advertised as “professionally cleaned”. Flying from overseas with limited vacation time - it’s hardly convenient to spent your priceless time on cleaning the place you are renting. Even more picking up someone hairs including pubic hair. Contacted “24 hours service” (non vrbo) to get “sorry” as an answer and that’s it. There is a communal garden according to description but you would not have access to it - need an additional key - that was not provided. If leaving the apartment in the middle of the night - bring flashlight - it’s pitch black in the common area. Now, it’s an old building and every time a truck, bus or some bigger vehicle passes by whole building is shaken (that explains fractured walls everywhere in it). I live in seismically active area - waking up all night long because of the ground shaking is pretty triggering. Triple your sleeping pills if you want some sleep. The little rugs in the bedroom do not have liner to hold them in place so are easily sliding - quite a hazard. The bathroom has really loud annoying fan and No electric sockets
