The property is completely fenced and gated entrance leads to a small parking area right on the front of the villa. The south facing swimming pool is surrounded by terraces with sun loungers, al fresco dining area and brick barbecue.

Entrance hall. Living room with satellite TV, DVD player, dining area and direct access to pool area. Kitchen with breakfast bar, ceramic hob, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, iron and direct access to barbecue area (next to swimming pool). 2 double bedrooms, each with en suite shower rooms. Twin bedroom. Bathroom
