Cozy and spacious townhouse situated in central of Gudhjem - A real authentic "bornholmer-style" house. 5 bedrooms (14 sleeps), ocean view and 100 meters to the harbor. Small garden. The house has 3 showers, 3 toilets, kitchen and a small living-room (The living room is VERY small - space for 5-7 people at the time:) . Close to restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarket, cinema and much more.
Private parking for 3 cars.
The house has: Wifi, Apple TV, microwave, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, BBQ and much more.

Vidunderlig beliggenhed

Vi var 12 personer fra 7år til 75 år . Perfekt til hele familien. Meget lille køkken, og stue , så dårligt vejr kan være en udfordring. Vi var lidt plaget af Rågerne , de havde reder og unger i træet på grunden og de skriger meget. Vi kommer gerne igen , det var en skøn Pinse i Gudhjem .

Spectacular terrace for apero and more

We enjoyed our stay with our group of 12 family & friends in the house very much: spectacular sea view, literally in the center of Gudhjem, very practical kitchen with big table for 14 people, nice rooms and outstanding terrace for apero and more. We will come back!

Dejligt centralt beliggende hus

gode værelser, bad og toiletforhold ok. Lille stue med tv, der var bøvlet at indstille. Lille køkken med gryder der ikke var beregnet til 11 mand det samme var ovnen. Men køkkenet var funktionelt. Eneste negative indspark var de manglen oplysninger om, hvordan man fandt feriehuset og hvordan man bedst kom dertil. Det var en prøvelse

Sauberes, zweckmäßiges Haus - aber klein.

Insgesamt war das Haus sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber schon klein. Es gibt insg. 4 Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Doppelstockbett (alle Zimmer mit Waschbecken). Die Betten waren schon sehr weich und die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Die Küche war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und verfügte über einen langen Esstisch (max 12 Personen). Gegenüber gibt es noch ein Wohnzimmer mit TV und einer Sitzgruppe. Mehr als 8 Personen können dort allerdings nicht sitzen. In einem Nebenraum stand der Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine. Der "Sanitärtrakt" im EG bestand aus 3, nebeneinander liegenden Duschräumen (jeweils ca. 2 m x 2m, vollständig mit Kunststoff ausgekleidet) und zwei getrennte Toiletten gegenüber (ein ungeheiztes WC gab es auch im OG). Vermittelte schon etwas Ferienlageratmosphäre . Im Winter sollten eher weniger mitkommen, wenn sich das Leben im Haus abspielt. Im Sommer sieht es vielleicht anders aus. Da kann man auch die hintere Terrasse und/oder den Garten mit dem dortige Holztisch und den Bänken benutzen. Abschließend möchte ich nochmal die Sauberkeit hervorheben, diese war perfekt. Ansonsten ein kleines, altes Haus, zweckmäßig mit Abstrichen.

Fantastisk beliggenhed

Huset havde alt hvad vi havde brug for. Det eneste vi selv skulle have med var sengelinned og karklude. Man sov som en drøm på dobbeltsengene i alle 5 værelser, og så var der havudsigt fra 3 af værelserne. 3 seperate baderum, 3 seperate toiletter og håndvask på alle værelserne, så der var aldrig kø 200 m til supermarkedet og 200 m til havnen og isboderne. En fin lille have med eftermiddagssol og mulighed for gå op på klippen bagerst i haven og nyde havudsigten. Stuen var dog meget lille, og vi kunne kun være 10 personer derinde, fordi halvdelen var børn. Absolut en anbefalelsesværdig feriebolig - vi ville gerne være blevet en uge mere.

Stort gammelt hus i hyggelige Gudhjem
