A few reminders before the details - Sorry but no groups with a primary renter under 30 years old (spring breakers, etc.). This home is best suited for families. This is a well kept home - no pets, no parties. The interior of the home is non smoking. Home is 5 bedroom/5 bathroom. Max adults is 10. Max total guests is 16 (exceptions for babies not counted in total person count). Check in is 4 pm and check out is 10 am. It is 3600 square feet including indoor/outdoor space.

Come relax w/enough space and for everyone, or spend time together in the common & outdoor spaces w/views and a private year round heated pool at no charge & can be set to your desired temp! There are 3 levels of living spaces with all the comforts of home!

BEACH: The beach is just a short 1 minute walk. The access can be seen from the decks and is one lot in distance directly behind back of house.

UPGRADES: Home continuously renovated and has "the MOST comfortable beds and pillows ever!" per guests, friends, and family.

BEDROOMS: Bedrooms have king pillowtop beds, and the completed enclosed loft aka 5th bedroom has two twin over full bunks with an additional full trundle and twin futon totaling to 10 beds. There is also a pack n’ play (just bring sheets if using), a high chair, and baby gates.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT: Pool is 15x20 (largest in this area installed right before code changes that have made newer pools smaller). Heated to 90+ degrees, or your desired temp, year round at no charge to you. New propane grill. All new decking with the most premium composite decking on the market for keeping bare feet cool, and a new under deck rain guard to keep you dry while sitting outside during those occasional showers. Pool deck freshly resurfaced.

INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT: There are six wall mounted SMART TV's with streaming capability AND Xfinity cable so you never miss a thing. Board games and books located under living room TV.

BATHROOMS: *Unique to this home-All bedrooms now have attached access to a FULL bathroom due to an actual room addition to the 5th bedroom in 2023. The other bathrooms have had updates in 2023. There are 4 full bathrooms, three of which are en suite bathrooms and one is a jack n' jill. There is also a half bath on the main floor near living areas.

WIFI/WORK MEETINGS: Four different wifi networks with Xfinity high speed internet to designate different networks for work meetings/videos without lag or interruption by streaming shows or video games. Multiple work spaces to choose from.

New large capacity washer and dryer, iron, hairdryers, box fans for white noise, and a completely stocked kitchen that includes a crock pot, Keurig, and drip coffee pot.

Entire interior freshly painted a breezy beachy white. All new lighting inside and out and decor freshly updated.

Home equipped with upgraded shower heads and a tankless heater on top of an extra large water heater to keep the water heated for large groups; all three of these upgrades to keep your showers as warm as possible.

All new linen, sheets, comforters, and towels for showering provided.

Guest access: The home has keyless entry allowing for late check-in without needing to pick up a key. We ask that you refrain from disrupting security cameras and pool equipment, and please never unplug the internet or any internet booster plugs - the cameras are hardwired and do not require internet, but the internet being unplugged will stop the door locks and pool heater from functioning.

The house manual has plenty of area recommendations, but please check hours and operations ahead of arrival. I hope you enjoy your stay!
