New house near the beach
The house is new, located in one of the most beautiful places in Phuket, near the superb Nai Harn beach. The construction is modern and overlooks a beautiful garden and a fantastic swimming pool. Everything is nearby: restaurants, bars, ect.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We will be at the property for check-in and check-out.
We are at your disposal in case of problems during your stay.
A deposit of 250 euros will be required upon your arrival, this will be returned to you upon your departure.
Electricity is not included in the rental price, electricity is not expensive at all in Phuket, only 5 bw kw.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace and balcony.
Flexible entry and exit times if possible.
No supplement to pay for additional guests if the maximum capacity of the property is respected.
