Our property is a small family-run business located on the southeast coastline of Arkadia, Peloponnisos. Livadi, a picturesque seaside village surrounded in lush green mountains and sparkling, cystal-clean waters of the Argolic gulf will certainly enchant and entice visitors of the region. Located midway between the two quaint townships of Tyros and Leonidio, Livadi will leave a lasting impression on all visitors.
The clean and simple rooms are located on the second level of the taverna and are fully furnished with one double bed and one single bed, private bathroom with all amenities, air conditioning, television and refrigerator. A large-sized balcony overlooking the magnificent views of the deep blue sea and the green mountainous landscape will surely amaze all guests.
Our traditional, greek taverna is able to offer all meal choices made with fresh ingredients of fresh fish, meats and vegetables. Delicious home-cooked dishes are prepared daily with care to please every taste.
The rooms are simple but immaculately cleaned and presented.

L hôtel restaurant Manoleas est très bien situé. La plage est à 3mns à pied, dans une belle anse. Nos hôtes ont été vraiment très accueillants, on se sent à l aise chez Manoleas. Côté restaurant, nous avons adoré tous les plats avec une mention spéciale à la moussaka. Je ne peux terminer sans mentionner l extrême gentillesse de toute la famille et le service au top !! Une super adresse.

Great stay!

Such a lovely stay with the very warm welcome of Nikos and Sofia! They always want you to be satisfied and happy.Simple and clean rooms with great view on the sea (5 mn away walking) for the front rooms. Food is great from breakfast to dinner.With orange juice from the garden. We came for climbing and Leonidio is very close.I strongly recommend! Thanks again Nikos and Sofia.
