Descriptif largement surestimĂ©. Si nous avions eu connaissance du contenu exact, nous ne serions pas venus: la 2 chambre n'existe pas il s'agit d'un grenier amĂ©nagĂ© avec 2 lits dont la hauteur sous plafond est de 1,60m maximum avec un accĂšs par une Ă©chelle meuniĂšre trĂšs raide (dangereuse) prĂ©sentĂ©e comme un escalier. Commentaire de la propriĂ©taire "vous ĂȘtes 2, donc vous n'aurez qu'une chambre" alors que nous avons louĂ© un appartement avec 2 chambres !Autres points : la TV est raccordĂ©e Ă  un rĂ©seau obsolĂšte qui ne permet permet pas de recevoir normalement l'ensemble des chaĂźnes de la TNT lesquelles sont totalement instables, ce qui ne permet pas de programmer une Ă©mission en particulier.La propriĂ©taire estime que "nous avions des images"doncla location est conforme.La place de stationnement (parking) est une place alĂ©atoire dans une rue Ă©troite.La propriĂ©taire s'est engagĂ© Ă  rĂ©gler le dysfonctionnement de la tĂ©lĂ©vision et de remplacer une lampe halogĂšne grillĂ©ece qui n'a pas Ă©tĂ© fait.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Ortszentrum und verschiedene StrĂ€nde sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Die Vermieter helfen bei jedem Problem sehr gerne und sind sehr nett.Die Wohnung liegt total idyllisch und alles ist vorhanden. Gerne wieder :)

Bien situé, au calme dans une petite rue, ce haut de villa est grand confortable bien agencé avec une belle terrasse et vous réserve un bon accueil, la chambre du haut, mansardée est à réserver aux petits/moyens gabarit, nous avons passé un séjour agréable et recommandons cette location particuliÚrement si vous recherchez un endroit calme avec plages randonnées et commodités à proximité

Familienurlaub an der Cote d'Azur

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Bandol. Nicole, die Vermieterin, hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung hat ausreichend Platz fĂŒr 4 Personen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. In direkter Lage der Wohnung sind etwas kleine Kiesbuchten zu erreichen. Bis zum Sandstrand sind es ca. 2 km. Was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir hatten in Bandol 2 schöne Wochen.

Appartement trÚs bien situé, confortable et bien équipé, vue imprenable sur la mer

Nous avons passĂ© une excellent sĂ©jour en famille (enfants de 6 et 9 ans) en avril. Le logement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, rien ne manque. J’ai mĂȘme pu faire un houmos et de la tapenade grĂące au robot et au mixer :-). Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la terrasse ensoleillĂ©e et sa vue pour prendre le petit dĂ©jeuner. Le sentier cĂŽtier est Ă  deux pas, ainsi qu’une petite plage sauvage (rochers, galets). Pour les amateurs de plage de sable et d’animations, il faut marcher un peu plus (disons 30 minutes pour la plage de sable ou les magasins et restaurants). Enfin, notre hĂŽte Nicole a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs accueillante et sympathique.

Un séjour de carte postale

Nous avons eu une semaine magnifique, tant par les belles promenades Ă  proximitĂ© de l’appartement que du soleil fidĂšle au poste. L’appartement est parfait pour un couple et 2 enfants car la 2e chambre se trouve en mezzanine. Et il y a une jolie terrasse pour les repas et/ou les moments de relaxation aprĂšs avoir fait de longues marches. Les propriĂ©taires sont charmants, discrets et disponibles en cas de besoin. La seule petite chose qui pourrait gĂȘner et qu’il faut absolument une voiture pour accĂ©der aux commerces et aux restaurants. C’est un dĂ©sagrĂ©ment pour ceux qui n’aiment pas marcher. Mais une qualitĂ© pour ceux qui aiment la tranquillitĂ©, comme nous ! Et Bandol se trouve Ă  30minutes Ă  pied par un trĂšs joli chemin longeant la mer, ce qui ouvre l’appĂ©tit et fait digĂ©rer au retour 😊

Einfach super

Ein kleiner negativer Punkt ist die schwache Internetverbindung. Der Besitzer kennt das Problem. AusrĂŒstung ist vorhanden. Es wird wahrscheinlich bald installiert werden. Wenn möglich, bringen Sie Ihre eigene WiFi-Erweiterung, mit zugehörigen App, dann ist die Verbindung schnell genug zum Fernsehen.

Quelle formidable semaine passée chez ces hÎtes sympathiques et accueillants. Eine schöne Woche in Bandol

Wir haben uns in dieser am Rande eines Wohngebiets sehr ruhig gelegenen Ferienwohung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Wer gerne wandert, hat hier einen idealen Ausgangspunkt: In 5 Minuten erreicht man den Sentier Littoral an der KĂŒste. Die Vermieter, die unterhalb im gleichen Haus wohnen, sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfbereit.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es fehlte an nichts. Nicole ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir per bahn angereist waren, hat sie uns zum Supermarkt gefahren und zum Bahnhof. Der gemĂŒtliche Balkon mit tollem Blick und die NĂ€he zum Meer haben uns begeistert. wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.
