Phenomenal stay!!!
The stay was all we had hoped! We stayed a week through our transition from 1 apartment to another & my family had an amazing stay! Very private and spacious! I would 10/10 recommend this stay!

Cozy Home is fabulous
I want to start by saying how Ericka and Hernando went over and above with their communication and hospitality throughout the booking process and our stay. The property is in a nice peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The guest house is spacious and very cozy. I highly recommend this listing.

Host most kindest, charming and accommodating.
Only to make me feel like family.
Felt as though they were truly grateful for my stay.
Property is incredibly fabulous. I am in awe of upgrades and finishes.
Really wanted to live there. Hated to leave, but called away, had booked additional nights.

Summer Trip
This is not a place I would have ever stayed. The listing is nothing like the place. If I had company staying in my suite in my back yard, I wouldn’t be having a party while people was there. It was very uncomfortable. The suite is literally 10 steps to the main house. There was music play on the patio extremely loud. Parking was horrible. Nothing like the listing.

Exterior of owner's home in disrepair & neighborhood did not feel welcoming.
We were so uncomfortable that we did not stay. We did not feel safe for our selves or property. Forfeited the full pre-payment just to get out. Made up a reason that we were leaving, without staying even 1 night, just to be out. Did not feel comfortable enough to discuss the concerns with the owners. Pictures on HomeAway are not representative of how it truly looks. Couldn't believe the main home was in such poor shape...rotting areas along the roof (facia)...not our idea of being in a relaxing, welcoming environment. Caused so much stress to us that 1st night of being in town...very few hotels were even available (spring break?) so we paid a premium just to stay in the Tampa area. Terrible experience...will have trouble trusting any HomeAway listing in the future.
