Next to the manor house, three apartments have been created renovating stables and barn, respecting the characters and materials of the local tradition. Around olive groves, cultivated fields, holm oaks and centuries-old oaks. The landscape of this typical Umbrian countryside does not lack the classic farm animals: hens, ducks, sheep, horses and dogs.

In summer the swimming pool (12 x 6 x 1.20 m) and ping-pong are a pleasant relaxing break to be alternated with visits to some of the most precious art cities of Umbria, such as Orvieto , Narni, Todi, Spoleto, Spello, all no more than an hour's drive from the farm.

Upon advance booking, we have the opportunity to experience the magnificent experience of a relaxing Ayurvedic massage.

For those who want to practice riding, just 5 km from the farm there is a well-equipped riding school with instructor for children and adults.

At our guests' disposal we also have some bicycles for wonderful walks to visit the wonderful Umbrian countryside and the nearest places.

Our company produces cold pressed oil according to ancient traditions. Our trees do not undergo any antiparasitic treatment during the year. The acidity of our oil is very low, therefore offering a quality standard of the highest level.

With our fruit trees we produce delicious plum, cherry, apricot, quince and black mulberry jams.

We have hens that give us excellent eggs and our vegetable garden is always full of seasonal products that guests can enjoy. Guests of the company, even ducks, about twenty sheep and ... some wild boar on the horizon!
