There are 5 bedrooms, of which, 4 have a double bed (one with added single for children). Bedroom 4 has a Superking bed and a Cambridge traditional freestanding bath in the room boasting a stunning classical and timeless look. There is one separate bathroom with a Cambridge bath and one en-suite shower in bedroom 5. A ground floor toilet.

2 dining areas; both seat 6 people each with exquisitely beautiful upholstered high back chairs. One kitchen dining table and one off the living room in a drawing room with a large stone and oak fireplace and a Godin traditional cast iron woodburning stove. The large kitchen also has a woodburner, a Milano dual fuel range cooker with a 7-burner hob and a large Samsung freestanding fridge freezer with ice & cold water to hand. Along with all the amenities to meet all your family and friend's needs; a microwave, large toaster, kettle, dinner service, pots & pans etc...

The living room has 2 sofa’s and a comfy chair, a large Pioneer flat screen TV with free sat and a woodburner for the colder months. The 1st floor hallway has a traditional 2-seater chair with views and a great sunspot for the book you always said you would read.

A gorgeous large swimming pool surrounded with golden fossil sandstone and stunning views and plenty of outside seating with parasols, adds a calming and beautiful atmosphere. Making this the perfect place for fun, relaxation and al fresco dining or BBQ on either the small oval BBQ or go full out with the poolside 2 Drum BBQ.

The house is situated in 12 achers of private land with plenty of parking.

There is also a fully equipped 3 bedroom cottage available to rent. Both properties may be rented at the same time but exclusive use of the pool is for the farmhouse only. Outside privacy is given to both rental properties. Discounts might be possible for large groups as rates can vary throughout the year.

Please note we do not accept bookings for large groups wishing to have a party for the evening.
