This is a high quality 4 bedroom/3 bath townhouse sleeping 8 people situated near a conservation area which includes a lake. The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall with downstairs bathroom facilities, the first bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed, living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen for your self-catering needs. Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and walk in wardrobes and a large master en-suite bedroom with king size bed, and shower/bath. There is also a further family bathroom on the first floor for the twin rooms to have access too. All towels facecloths pool towels bedding , furnishings, and utensils are supplied. There is a basic startup of toilet rolls and hand soap provided in each bathroom for the first couple of days, there after it is the renters responsibility to ensure they bring enough toiletries to satisfy themselves past the first couple of days There is a parking area to the front of the property with space for 2 vehicles.



This townhouse was completed in Oct 2007 and is based within a fully managed resort which , only 3 miles from the Disney resort. This is a high quality 4 bedroom/3 bath townhouse which can sleep up to 8.The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall with downstairs bathroom facilities, a lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen for your self-catering needs. The first bedroom is on the ground floor with a queen size bed, and a walk-in wardrobe. Upstairs there is a large master en-suite bedroom with king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and shower/bath. There are 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and walk in wardrobes. There is also a further family bathroom. All linen, furnishings, and utensils are supplied. There is a parking area to the front of the property with space for 2 vehicles.


Additional Information: All bedrooms have a tv.

In the lounge area to accompany the 42' HDTV is a DVD player .

The house is equipped to provide wireless internet throughout the property.

Townhouse was very clean. LOVED the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The downstairs bathroom could use a little work. The areas anround the bathtub drain and sink overflow are rusted. Air conditioning worked as expected. It is a gated resort which was nice. As it is a resort, the hot tub and pool were utilized by everyone. Never had a problem finding chairs with umbrellas. There are also water slides. It is about 10 minutes from Disney. Old Town is within walking distance. Many dining options close by. The only negative was the minute sign on the dryer informing you that you would be charged if you left more than 50% of the towels for management to wash. This needs to be mentioned in the rental information. That being said, I would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect for what we wanted to do in Kissimmee /Orlando areas. The pool area was perfect. But as for the townhouse/condo, the carpeting was worn and dirty, the couches in the living room were worn, uncomfortable and also dirty. Back patio was a mess. Uncomfortable patio furniture. Looked like paint was sprayed over the outside walls of the patioNo mats for the master bathtub. The master bedroom rug was very dirty. The comforter in master was worn. Would not rent that unit again.

thankyou for your review, this was expected from you , You admitted you booked the wrong house as you wanted to know where the pool had gone, as i explained none of the houses have pools. I checked with our management company as i was confused we dont have a rug in the master bedroom There is no paint sprayed on outside patio walls i checked this with Regal Oaks Management as the walls are their responsibility. What is uncomfortable for you is your opinion Carpets were due to be cleaned after you left and were cleaned

We had 15 nights here and it was in a great location. The pool was a short walk away but far enough away we didn't hear any noise from it. Family getaway

Excellent location with so much to do around us. Felt like home for our duration. The condo was warm and inviting. Could use more kitchen supplies ie.. newer pots and pans and a deep clean ie… ceiling fans very dusty. Other than that it was fantastic and we loved staying here.

Why they chose this property

Regal Oaks in situated in a great location! It is in a quiet location surrounding a lake that is protected for a nature reserve. It is very close to all the major theme parks and is only a short walk into Old town and to the Highway 192. There is a bus stop a short distance away ( at the top of the road - on the192).
