Τον Όλυμπο και τη θάλασσα, ιδανική για εκδρομές στο βουνό (12χλμ.), Τις παραλίες 3χλμ.), Τους αρχαιολογικούς χώρους και πολλά άλλα τουριστικά μέρη. Η θέα είναι μαγευτική συνδυάζοντας τόσο τον Όλυμπο όσο και τη θέα στη θάλασσα. Η κατοικία είναι ευρύχωρη (160 τ.μ.) με όλες τις ανέσεις και βρίσκεται σε μια αποκλειστική ιδιοκτησία 3 στρεμμάτων με ελιές, λουλούδια και διάφορα οπωροφόρα δέντρα. The property’s location is amazing - look one way for the sea and the other for Mount Olympus. We enjoyed walking on Olympus, the Royal Tombs at Vergina, Litochoro village (especially the bakery, Efessou 1968) and the beach. The beach close by is pebbly and not that nice but the Olympic Beach near Katerina is less than 30 minutes’ drive away and is sandy and pleasant. The house itself is large and well-equipped. The Wifi is fine for normal adult use but the bandwidth was challenged by teenage streaming habits. We had a terrific time - thank you!

Ein wunderschönes Haus

Alles in Allem war es ein wunderschönes Objekt, mit seinen vielen Balkonen und dem gigantischen Blick auf das Meer und den Olymp, einzigartig. Jedoch kann man nicht ohne Auto dort verweilen, das sollte man wissen. In der Nähe gibt es einige tolle Strände, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel zu sehen. Hier möchte ich jedoch ein paar Anregungen auch an die Vermieter geben. Etwas Zeit und nur ein klein wenig finanzieller Einsatz würde das Haus perfekt machen. DER GRILL - war z.B. vorhanden, jedoch "vergammelt", ohne Rost und leider nicht wirklich zu benutzten, schade. DER SITZPLATZ beim Grill - ebenso. DIE SCHAUKEL - benötigt etwas handwerklichen Einsatz, damit man sie benutzen kann. DER GARTEN - mit etwas Einsatz ein Paradies. SCHRÄNKE - Stauraum ist wirklich nicht viel vorhanden, besonders wenn wirklich mal eine Gruppe von 12 Personen anreisen sollte und die, die da sind, sind mit Aufklebern versehen, darauf gehe ich noch näher ein. BETTEN - wir waren max. 7 Personen und so war es ok, mit 12 Personen schläft ein Teil im Wohnzimmer. Ebenso hätten 12 Personen keinen gemeinsamen Tisch und Sitzplatz. WASCHMASCHINE - ist wohl wie in den Beschreibung vorhanden, jedoch auch mit einem Etikett "PRIVAT" versehen. Genau diese ETIKETTEN haben mich etwas irritiert. Es wirkt wie das Markieren eines Reviers und der Gast fühlt sich dadurch wie ein Eindringling. Ich würde empfehlen, wenn man noch so viel privates in dem Haus lässt, muss man einfach damit leben, dass die Menschen die Schränke öffnen, es war eh nichts wichtiges drin und ein guter Gast lässt die Hände vom Eigentum anderer, ein schlechter entwendet auch wenn ein Schild dran steht. Deshalb sind diese Schilder, welche man im gesamten Haus findet nutzlos und einfach nicht angenehm. Auch müsste das Haus für 12 Personen definitiv aufgerüstet werden, wie schon aufgeführt, hierzu gehört auch, dass man im Sommer den zweiten (PRIVATEN) Kühlschrank auch benutzten kann. Die dritte Dusche ist ein Provisorium auf einem der vielen Balkone, aber sie erfüllt ihren Zweck und ist OK. So genug genörgelt. Das Haus ist ein Traum und würden die Gastgeber noch einen kleinen Pool in den großen Garten stellen, könnten sie auch einen angemesseneren Preis verlangen. Vielleicht werden einige meiner Gedanken umgesetzt. Würde mich sehr freuen und vielleicht sehen wir und dann in der Zukunft noch einmal.

Znakomity

Wspaniałe miejsce na pobyt dla większej grupy. Dom jest czysty , zadbany, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Dobre miejsce do zwiedzania okolicy i dojazdu na plażę . Miło spędziliśmy czas w 10 osobowej grupie , mając do dyspozycji duży dom wraz z balkonami i ogrodem. Szkoda , że byliśmy tylko 4 dni. Gospodarze bardzo sympatyczni , zapewnili wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Polecamy to miejsce.
