unbelievable!

How this dump could be advertised as "luxury" is unbelievable-goodness knows what would be classed as "basic". It was very dirty- the toilet had brown stains-the top of the cistern was where the flush was housed had not had a wipe over in sometime- Black came off the kitchen sink when wiped round. If we had not been desperate to stay near where we could see our grandchildren before lockdown we would have walked straight back out. On the Friday night next door incumbents had umpteen visitors stomping up and downstairs, slamming doors and shouting outside our door until 4-ooam.Not allowed by your own rules let alone Covid directions-APPALLING behaviour. The so called cleaners told us that parties happened frequently sometimes continuing into the next day. We shall never book any place through you again and will recommend others to beware of your properties.

assurdo non mi hanno ricevuto e mi hanno anche lasciato fuori per due ore per poi sentirmi dire che non avevano spazio e mi hanno trasferito in un altra struttura. pessima esperienza da non rivivere

The room was extremely small. The bathroom was a mere cupboard with only cold water running from the smallest sink ever. The walls were thin which ment every movement was heard. The occupants were up late and awake from 4.50am. Left the accommodation extremely tired. Would have cancelled if I could have had my money back. Would not recommend this basic poor accommodation 😬
